I was running errands with DS this morning.   As we are going down the highway Michael Jackson's  song Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough came on the radio. DS listened to it for a little bit and then asked me, "Is he saying, don't fuck 'til you get it up?"   I almost drove off the GD road because...

I got out of bed today and H was Windexing major fingerprinted windows that were well past needing to be cleaned and I just never got around to it. He was actually sad I got up when I did because he wanted to surprise me with them being done.

And then this afternoon we went to the city for a few errands (I picked up picture frames for some prints I have for DS's new room and I'm irrationally excited about that!) and to take DS swimming. And then H suggested we pick up sushi for supper.

Yep, all in all, pretty good Saturday.

Yeah, if "Uptown Funk" comes on the radio I have to change it because DS says "fuck" instead of "funk". He gets sooooo mad when I turn it off because he loves that song but I just can't do it.

One the note that I'm sick and feel like shit: why can't DH just be responsible for dinner?? I just want soup. Plain old Lipton in the box soup. It doesn't need to be complicated. Sheesh.

We are finally painting DDs room. Oh the colors she picked out!!! We are doing two walls pink and two walls blue.. Kind of a frozen theme. Couldn't find any matching black out curtains so we bought purple ones. I am now going to try to find wall accents in purple to see how it looks. Otherwise I will return them and find something else. I hope it turns out ok.. I am not painting again. I have to do the trim because DH is horrible at it! If left him to do it half the ceiling would be pink and blue. And I am downsizing her stuff. This girl has so many clothes she hardly wears and way too many toys she doesn't even look at. Not to mention stuffed animals. This girl is seriously spoiled.

I had ihop for brunch and now chipotle for dinner!! All in all good productive day and yummy eats!!!

The move started yesterday. About to be in Fairfax VA. LO is making my legs go numb when I sit for to long so we have to stop all the time. I just want it to be over!!! :-(
On another note sorry to everyone who has been dealing with it all winter but it's so nice to see snow!!!!!! :-) I missed it!

I legit have no friends anymore. Who knew that being pregnant before all of them would cause them to treat you like shit. wtf. DH is from Ohio and is 2 years older than me and we are seriously considering a move. None of my friends from here want kids until they are 30 and we are 26 now. I'm not going to wait 4 years to be able to hang out with these people again because they couldn't possibly be semi-adult for one evening. Fuck.

Two of my second graders have written fuck on something this year. Those phone calls have been real fun!

H and I had a baby care basics class today and I owned every other couple at baby care jeopardy. I also managed to hit a parked car while parking and fuck up my front bumper (OB said baby is fine and I didn't need to come in since I felt her move and I had no blood/cramps) so today's been all over.

I think the Nutella torte I had at dinner and house of cards is pushing it to the win column.

We met with our accountant today and thankfully he didn't have any numbers for us so DH isn't miserable yet. I took advantage by suggesting going out for sushi. We went early, ate a ton, and then grabbed some frozen yogurt and now we're sitting on the couch, eating yogurt and watching bad news bears.

It had a hazelnut/almond flour base with Nutella frosting and omg. I wish Nutella was in more desserts than what I usually make!

My random is that it has rained ALL DAY here and all the streets got flooded. I cleaned my house and took two naps... I consider that to be a pretty productive Saturday!

ETA: Maybe I'm going to start watching House of Cards since everyone keeps talking about it! I need a new show...
