Being stuck in bed due to the recurrence of major roids means I have internet shopped. I bought a lot of cake pans in an auction and hope dh doesn't get mad, it's not the money but the storage space... Did I mention there are 11 pans? Heh! But there was an easter bunny and a lamb and Scooby doo and Poppin fresh (step mil used to work for Pillsbury)... I have a lot of cakes to bake and I figured I could store them in my craft space in the basement and will give poppin fresh away
Baby was so congested during the night he could barely sleep. We manage to get the boogers out and he'll be fine for a little while but then gets congested some more. His poor little nose.
Currently pumping at work. We have 3 lactation room each has 2 seats divided by curtains. The lady next to me is watching a show as she pumps. Pretty loudly. Yes I am judging. But in any case she should try to be discreet, & considerate.
grommom me too! With the storage issue, didn't buy though. My sisters mil had a tea shop (?) and did a lot of baking. When she closed the shop she offered us all her pans. I took all shapes and sizes. Even those creme brulee dishes. I ended up taking toys out of this storage bench and storing all my baking pans there. My dh gets mad too because I hardly bake. My current kitchen is more gallery style which I find hard to bake in. In my old kitchen I baked all the time even expanding out of cookies & cc. I even have a cake saw. I'd love to get back to baking.

Been very productive today and was still able to go back to sleep with LO this morning. I feel so accomplished; I want to reward myself with shopping and coffee.... Is that bad?
LO just fell asleep while eating, then pooped. Guess I'll be changing her diaper and really waking her up. Oh well, maybe I can get her up and bathed as well as myself by a decent time this morning. On another note, I'm going to a friend's house with LO today. I'm excited just to get out and talk to someone other than my husband.
fffc, is it bad I'd just leave S in it until he woke up next time?
Mason hasn't pooped in over 24 hours. He usually poops a couple times a day. He's been passing gas as normal so I'm not sure. He seems to be more fussy but I'm not sure if it's his tummy. We are going to the doctors for his 2 month check up today so we will see what she says

tomorrowisanotherday - me too! Although my shopping was offset because I was doing returns at the same time. Though I may be worse because I also want wine for tonight...
littlelion - definitely not a problem. Most diapers are meant to "hold" up to 12 hours. Babies need to sleep, and if you are constantly changing diapers in the MOTN, you'll just keep waking them up!

Em's 2 month check up was today & all her shots. I've consoled myself with diet Pepsi and curly fries. I'm back in my sweatpants and refusing to do anything but cuddle my baby for the rest of the day.

We going on in 3.5 hours. I'm pretty nervous because he is already cranky
I went shoe shopping on my lunch break today and got some new black pumps because my old ones were falling apart. Yay! I can't take too many lunch breaks because of the whole pumping thing, but I enjoyed it today.

She's pretty unphased so far. But I don't think she's normal
I just nursed her immediately after and gave her Tylenol when we got home.

Edit: need to learn another word for "all"
I love baking, I even made macarons until I had figured them out. I miss having the time to bake something that take an entire afternoon. For ds1's birthday I think we're going to buy cupcakes... For shame
Is it bad to leave a wet diaper on the baby all night? LO goes to bed at 9:30 and we get up at 5:00. I don't change his diaper MOTN
I don't change diapers if they're sleeping. Think if you would change a 1 year old in the middle of the night? I never have and all my kids are fine. One has sensitive skin but dads a red head.

I don't either. It's fine! She doesn't poop overnight, and I just slather on a lot of diaper cream at bedtime. Makes going back to sleep in the MOTN much easier for her.
All the nurses at my OB office loved Z! Even with her little break down after her binki fell out of her mouth. I'm all healed and will hopefully hear from the office later this week about getting my iud put back in. I have to talk to H about putting Z on formula for good. When we got home I put her on the boob and she bit my nipple again and tore off some skin. It hurts like a bitch! :*( I really don't want to give up but I can't handle her doing this every few weeks.

Jebus, I don't blame you. I get mad when LO starts gnawing at my nipple and he's never torn anything off.
I did something to my back/leg a couple of weeks ago. I had a massage scheduled for today and when I got there, they didn't have my appointment, which I had held with a credit card. I was so disappointed. Hopefully I can get in somewhere else before my in laws leave.

Had the coffee, didn't want to get ready to leave the house just for shopping lol I need to make some returns too, this boy is growing too fast! I want the wine too BTW
Its am and I'm up pumping. I just dripped oatmeal on my cat, and he didn't seem to care.
I had my 6 week Dr Appt yesterday. I was actually scheduled for episiotomy revision surgery for Friday, but it got canceled! Everything is healing great, and I'm done going through a recovery period.
Okies back to bed. Hopefully I can get a little more sleep.
Why would you need episiotomy revision surgery? (I had an episiotomy which is why I am curious)

Every time that I've heard LO poop in the middle of the night and decided to change her, I hated myself immediately after. I'm glad to read these posts that will kill my MOTN guilt. I like the slathering diaper cream tip. I'll try that or vaseline and enjoy my pathetically short spans of sleep!
Although my sweetie was really good today. She napped on the floor, in her bouncer and in the RnP. Now she's just showing off

I've gone back up to work the last two nights to get more stuff done, and even though I'm still way behind I'm NOT going in tonight. I'm going to sit on my ass with no pants on and watch The Bachelor from Monday night and cuddle LO. Being a working mom is exhausting.
We had our 2 months appointment. He cried his first real tear. He is 10 lbs 8.4oz and 23.5 inches long. The odd thing was I asked about his mucous poops that have never been seedy like I read they should be. She said it's no big deal that he's never have a seedy poop
