Uggg....... so I said I wouldn't go to the new website with "that" name.... well this is it or maybe it's a different one still with that name. Doesn't show up on the website but this the app it's there and I just can't. I don't believe it's ok for girls  women to call each other that and I'm sure not calling myself that. Just can't so I guess I'll be hanging by myself on the other site. I'd find another because of all that's went on but my only connection on the interwebs it's you great ladies. I'm so sad to not be able to connect with most of you all but guess I'll be over there some if anyone wants to check in.... I will check on this thread for a day or 2. I actually want to cry typing this it makes me so sad. I wish you all, all the best. The best for you LOs and future ones too!

Yeah I know you all didn't choose the name. But I refuse to call myself that..... it's just something that is NOT ok with me. I'm not excited about being over there and supporting them but don't know where else to go since it's been "home" for so long... plus if I can stay connected with even just a few ladies from S13 I'm going to try.

I'm sorry @af1001. At one point there was a link with that name but it was an error link. Then there were the links here. I didn't realize it was the same. Just like the SAHMs went to a different proboard forum. I'm not on the app I use the full website on my iPad. Again I'm really sorry.

Thanks ladies for your support. redfraggle I especially hate going back there because of you. salemkitty totally not your fault. I understand you didn't know. I didn't see it until I got on the app. Sorry this was a though decision. Kinda a rock and a hard place for me. Seems like neither option is a good one.

I has a confuse.
They changed the original name to give it a work friendly name. The only place I still see it is the app.. why not just not use the app?

Did they actually change the name? I figured it was still the name it just didn't show up on the desktop version. I'm only mobile so I was trying to use the app to make it easier to use.....

For what it's worth I'm mobile but just log on to the site. I don't use the app. And all I see is GoobyeCB. I also made shortcuts on my phone to the S13 and A15 boards, so I don't know if the original name is still visible on the main page when going online from mobile. I'm not saying that fixes the overall problem, I just wanted to say it may be an alternative for you.

Originally when we came here the first day that is what it was called, people were not happy because it wasn't work friendly and they changed it. They have been really awesome about making changes to the community based on our feedback. I think the first step would be to see if we can get that updated before anyone GBCGBCB.

af1004, Unknown posted a request to the admins to get this changed, so hopefully they will work on it. I hope you will stick around a while and see if they do. Like I said, they have been really great about listening and making changes. Someone created this site a while ago before the mass exodus and they are still getting things set up as we are posting, etc.

I broke my silence and posted over on TheDump to let her and the others know. We'll see if anyone else wants to come over. The BS that went down today is the last straw there IMO. (The removed all volunteer mods and put random paid mods in charge of all boards without telling most mods in advance of doing so).

The fact they got away for so long with volunteer mods is crazy, especially now there's paid mods.

I wonder if heads rolled at the TB with the mass exodus and the large amount of people requesting deletion. Also I wonder what this place thinks of it all.
