My random. I am going to close th iPad and AM going to be productive today... I have an FU appointment tomorrow with an US, pediatric cardiology and my MFM so I will be MIA tomorrow as well. Wednesday I head back to work, so I really need to get stuff done. I'll miss you all!
I'm wondering if anyone has Baby Jogger stroller insight...
I originally wanted the Baby Jogger City Select but after visiting BBB, DH decided on the City Mini GT because it's more simple and compact. I am hoping I don't regret going along with that decision.
It will be paired with the Cybex Aton travel system to start.
That's the one we are getting too (City Mini GT). I like the fact that the handle is adjustable since I'm short. It seems to be lightweight too. I have not looked at the Baby Jogger at all.

I'm not sure, but I think only the city select can be made into a double down the road. I would take that into high consideration if you plan for another child in a few years. I wish we had thought about that. If you aren't, then go with the GT. Either way, they are great strollers.
JustinBobby ...perhaps that is because the majority of us drinks caffeinated coffee (I saw your post in Monday Bitchfest). [smiley I inserted was a winky face...not a confused face]
Side note: I don't do decaf because of how they make it decaffeinated. Coffee beans are soaked in formaldehyde...yuck!
My random: I'm feeling very productive. I'm going with my mom to check out a crib she found online, and someone who's selling baby clothes. Then I'm applying for a job (fx it works out!) and looking into online classes for the fall semester. After that I'm trading the girl car seat I was given for a newer boy pattern one and then hopefully touring one of two hospitals that my OB delivers at. Maybe after this full day I'll be able to sleep through the night!

What! I never knew that about decaf coffee, that is disgusting! Oh and Happy Birthday!

If you seek out craft roasters formaldehyde should not be in the mix depending on the beans sourced. The coffee roaster/ shop I go to definitely uses a natural process, but I still don't want decaf.
Stolen from the Stumptown website: Our Decaf House Blend was decaffeinated in Mexico using the ‘Mountain Water Process’ (no chemicals are used). The green (not roasted) coffee beans are immersed in water. The water passes through a special filter which extracts the caffeine. This water then contains the soluble components of the coffee beans which hold essential flavor elements. The flavor saturated water, now free of caffeine, is reintroduced to the beans, which allows the coffee to retain most of its original flavor profile. As a result of this process, we obtain coffee beans with only a trace amount of caffeine remaining
ETA: good coffee is too much science. DH is a coffee nerd (snob) and goes on tangents...that I usually zone out during.
Good to know there is a chemical free process, @bearvg . I still prefer the caffeinated version.

What the actual fuck with the "MMM" thread? I mean, I've always thought they were stupid, but trying to debate vaccines??? I just can't with her today. I have lost all care.
