Hello everyone! I just got my BFP this morning and thought I'd jump in over here. My EDD is 11/22.

A little about me- I am carrying this baby as a surrogate for a couple of amazing dads I know. It was so awesome to watch the test turn with them and I'm really excited for us to go on this journey together!

Other than that, I have an almost-4-year-old, who shares her time between me and my ex. I was around the-place-that-must-not-be-named when I was TTC my LO and stayed around until she was a little over 1. I'm happy to have found this new space and to meet all of you.

I'm currently in a same-sex relationship and like to hang out on the LGBTQ board from time to time. My partner and I are engaged and are just waiting for me to have C&B's baby before we nail down the wedding details.

That is so awesome and Selfless that you do that for two dads! If it were for men donating my wife and I would not be pregnant with our baby. I think giving life is an awesome gift and for you to do that for a couple that in no way can have one physically, you are an awesome person! I wish you the best on your journey and thank you for being so selfless to my community:)

I do hope to have a baby with my current partner some day, and for that we will need sperm! So I definitely feel like LGBTQ baby-making is a community activity, which is part of the reason I felt drawn to helping C&B grow their family. C offered to be our donor in the future, but I will be carrying that baby as well, so we would prefer someone with the same background as my partner (she's Korean and C is not). I see you on the LGBTQ board sometimes, glad to see you here too!

Thanks to everyone again for the warm welcome and all your kind words. I'm so happy to be here and I'm hoping I get to stick around!
