LO is flat out awful with the infants Advil and Tylenol. She's teething pretty good right now and needs some relief at night. Shes 23 lbs and will be 2 in June, when can we start with the children's chewable tablets for pain relief? I willowy likely call nurse/doctor tomorrow but wanted to see what you ladies were currently doing.
Our pedi told us at her 18 month visit that we could use either (infant's or children's) and when we ran out of the infant's we did change to the children's. But we are still using the liquid. I have not looked at the dosing on the chewable and the dosing sheets the pedi gave us were only for the liquid. So I would definitely check with the pedi first because it may be difficult to adjust the dose on the chewable for a LO who's 23 lbs.

Dd's pedi said childrens is fine as long as it says under two ask a doctor or something like that. If it say under two do not use, she advised us not to use those. I haven't looked into the chewable tablets though, we still use liquid.
We are using children's liquid too, but didn't even know they had chewables! This morning lo was refusing it but then she saw the little cup and wanted to do it herself (instead of me giving it to her) and she chugged it down after that. Does your lo dislike the taste?
