Life doesn't discriminate between the sinners and the saints, it takes and it takes and it takes. But we keep living anyway, we rise and we fall and we break and we make our mistakes.

These look great. Thank you to all who have worked so hard to get this new place set up, and for writing simple TOU that treat us like the adults we are!
I know there are a lot of questions when we first arrived: how, who, when, power ect. I'm sure there will still be adjustments and questions going forward. But thank you. Thank you all for continuing to volunteer your time in what previously was a very thankless and dragging position.
Great, thanks for setting this up.. I'm unsure about how you worded the no spam rules. Who is an established member and who isn't?It also makes it sound like you can blatantly spam once you are an established poster! It might make it harder to ban advertisers with it being worded like that.
The idea is that a WAHM that is participating in the conversation could have a link in her siggy or answer a question about a great camera strap by saying that she makes a cool product on Etsy. No noob poster whose only posts are selling baby slings. That's the "be a member" part.
The "unobtrusive" part is supposed to get people to refrain from over-saturating any sales stuff and really just allowing conversation to be natural.
Anybody else think we need more clarification of this point in the TOU? More than willing to edit or amend if it is unclear.
Right, I totally knew that's what you were trying to achieve with it. I was just playing devil's advocate and wondering if it wasn't stringent enough to ban the actual spammers. But maybe I'm over thinking this.
