bluerainfire That is so strange. I would expect that from a dog because my dog is always trying to slip me the tongue, but a cat?? Go to bed, cat, you're drunk.
1. LO is one month today. We've had a couple good days in a row and I'm loving it. 2. My dog won't leave my side and just go to the flippin bathroom outside! We put in an electric fence over the weekend and shes all spazzed out. 3. I think I've finally figured out a good pumping time during the day (right now) when LO usually takes her longest saytime nap. Woot- small victories! How often did you ladies pump on mat leave? I'd like to do it once a day I think. 4. ladytiffany24 we are meeting with the sitter whose name you passed along to me tonight. I think we have it narrowed down to 3 good choices now. 5. Not looking forward to those first weeks dropping LO off I feel like I'll be a wreck! 6. Also not looking forward to a few of the coworkers that I've been overjoyed to have a break from... Praise the lawd for this time away LOL 7. Anyone have bachelor withdraw last night? I watched DWTS to see Chris- didn't think he was a good dancer though! 8. Married at first sight anyone? The new season is tonight and I'm debating going over to my parents to watch it since we don't get that channel. 9. LO farts like a man. I kinda love it lol 10. The green stuffed peppers aren't nearly as good as the other colors.
sstwinklinglites that's too bad about the house hunt. Its an emotional process because it's so easy to fall in love with a neighborhood or house and then it turns out to be a dud. We just bought our house and had all duds Til we found this one. Do you like yor realtor?
lindsay, I pumped once or twice a day while I was on maternity leave. You definitely won't regret having a freezer stash later on, but you don't want to pump too often and then end up engorged all the time when you go back to work. That leads to clogged ducts and misery.

Here's another random thing: Does anyone use Trello? If you haven't heard of it, you should check it out. It's basically a place to make a bunch of lists, and give access to multiple people. I'm currently creating a list of things to pack for our vacation, and DH will be able to add to it as well. I use it for To-Do lists all the time. I love it.

#3 I usually only pumped once a day while on mat leave. But I wasn't diligent about it and have regretted that now that my freezer stash isn't that great.
#4 yay! I hope she works out for you!
#5 it's def rough at first, but like all things with babies, it gets better. It makes it so sweet when you pick her up each day!
#7 yes!! I didn't care for Chris as the bachelor though. Thought he was boring. Also, I hope Kaitlin is the one the guys pick for bachelorette. Britt was too fake IMO.
#8 seen bits and pieces of it. I was intrigued but haven't kept up with it. Maybe I'll give this season a try.
Do those note sharing apps allow to share between android and iPhone? We are a house divided.
I'm pretty sure mine does. I mostly use it on my computer, but I have the app on my android, and DH has an iPhone, but I'm not sure if he has the app or not.
I had a touch of Bachelor withdrawal last night as well. Bravo can usually fill the void for me, though. I didn't like Chris either. I thought he was awkward and boring.

I didn't believe that he truly loved Whitney at the end. Either the editing was terrible or she was the last man standing by elimination.

Omg. So this! I thought the same. Did you watch After The Final Rose? DH and I were both saying that his body language was like he was still in love with Becca. It felt so awkward because it seemed like he was really hung up on her. And Whitney is waaaay more into him than he is into her. It won't last.

Ok I don't have 10 things just one...we are in the last 2 hrs of car trip and DD is crying her head off and won't fall asleep in the car seat. I was driving and started having a panic attack and had to pull over so my MIL could drive. FML right now! I used to have occasional panic attacks while driving but it's been a while, why now?!?!

Hugs. I have only had 2 panic attacks in my life and they were brought on by very different circumstances and years apart. It is not within your control.
Am I the only one that hates The Bachelor and the lady version? So boring IMO. I also don't watch DWTS, American Idol, or The Voice.
I have a hard time with shows that I have to actually sit and watch and not do other things at the same time. DH gets frustrated because I'm constantly missing something and rewinding. Therefore, I watch a lot of mindless garbage.

{{{{hugs}}}} Maybe she just needs a break? I know you're so close to the end of your drive, but maybe finding a place where she can get out of the car, take in fresh air and stretch for 20-30 minutes would help her.

Hugs, mama. Driving while LO is crying in the back is so hard. You're almost there! Can you sit in back with her?
