DD knows her name but she doesn't say it. I think Julia might be hard for her to say. She does say the names of all the kids at daycare as well as mom, dad, grandpa and turbo (our dog).
LO knows his name and responds to it, but can't say it. He will try to repeat it, but it has two sounds that are still really hard for him (L and K) so it comes out all jumbled.
He says mommy, daddy, grandma ("namma"), grandpa ("tampa"), Noni, and Grandpa Dave when he sees those people. He repeats the names of his aunts, uncles, and cousins. We have some family photos in his room and we say good night to all those people every night, so he gets lots of practice. We also say goodnight to Yoda. I wonder when he'll ask to meet uncle Yoda.

He doesn't say his own name, but he knows it when he hears it. He knows his brother's name (calls him "Dew!"), Grandma ("Ama"), Pap, Mimi and Baba (the other set of grandparents).
He responds to his name but has never tried to say it that I can tell. If you ask him where Evan is he just looks around. He does call the dog by her name but he calls all dogs Goose so I am not sure if it counts as knowing a name because he sees any dog or dog like creature and says Goose.
My kid has always been one of the later ones to hit milestones (and one of the 'older' babies on here) and I freak out about it occasionally. It is impossible not to care and feel anxious about your kid when you see the things other kids his age can do. But I like seeing what the average is around here so I know when to start freaking out. This raising babies thing is stressful.

DD knows her name (actually her nickname, which we call her 98.5% of the time), I.e. responds to it, but can't say it. She says mommy and Dada but that's all in terms of names. I'm honestly surprised she can't say her brother's name since she hears us holler it all day!

I've never heard LO say his own name, but he knows what it is. I asked him this afternoon and he pointed at himself and said "baby" followed by "dog", so I don't really think he got what we were asking. He knows mama, dada, nana, cappy (FIL), no no (his friend Nolan at school), one of the teachers, and it seems like he says one of the dog's name but not the other.
