Would prefer a non-Monday weekday for check in day.
I've been feeling more or less ok. Some days are great. Other days are terrible. Being pregnant after multiple losses is a big challenge for me, especially as my first loss was a missed. This morning was particularly struggle bus city, but thanks to a compassionate nurse we were able to go in for a quick heartbeat check and all is well. Also, I had constant mild nausea during the first tri, which has turned into moderate evening nausea in the second tri. I'm not loving the increase in intensity, or the vommitting.
Next appointment is Jan 30, then first anatomy scan Feb 6. Last real appointment was nuchal and was wonderful. Loved seeing our baby look like a real baby!
Spare time - I like to hang with husband and friends, watch telly, and read.
Hello ladies! This is a great idea - love reading where everybody in our week is at
Please tell me if you would prefer to have a specific day to do our weekly thread. Any day works for me!
Also, do you know if you're having a boy or girl? Single or multiples? Do you have other children? Due July 12. One baby in there - as far as we know and this baby will be dethroning our 4 'fur babies' this is my first pregnancy and will hopefully find out the sex at the AS 2/27!
How are you feeling so far? I'm feeling mostly human and less like a (sober) hungover 21 year old only a few little issues with back pain and not being able to sleep at night...next purchase will be one of those giant body pillows!
Any upcoming appointments? How did your last go? NT scan and testing went great and I feel relieved I have a check up on 2/3 - I think it may be glucose testing? And have AS on 2/27.
GTKY: What do you do in your spare time? I try and get in some quality time with my girlfriends, love to read, try to get some exercise in, and enjoy some trashy TV
- I'm having twins(FTM) : due July 15th but realistically I will have them late June or early July. We find out the sex on feb 2nd. (FX)
- I'm still pretty sick, but we'll see what the next few weeks have in store j really hope to start getting better soon.
- next appt is feb 2nd we hope to find out the sex. If not I have another us planned for the 4th so we can have our reveal on the 7th. My last appt went good.
- in my spare time I spend time with family or my DH. We both work and only get 2 hours together at night during the week before bed time. But nothing special, no really hubby's or anything.

Hi everyone! I'm due July 15 with baby #2.
Please tell me if you would prefer to have a specific day to do our weekly thread. No preference!
Also, do you know if you're having a boy or girl? Single or multiples? Do you have other children? Don't know the sex yet, but we'd like to find out at our 20 week US. I'm assuming it's just one... but we haven't had an ultrasound yet, so you never know!
How are you feeling so far? Better, now that first tri is over. This pregnancy had been harder on me than the last, but it's also been going by faster!
Any upcoming appointments? How did your last go? Not for another week and a half, and like I said earlier, no US until 20 weeks for us, which is in over a month. Sigh.
GTKY: What do you do in your spare time? I run a photography business part-time, and I've recently been getting back into yoga
Hi all! And welcome to the Magnificent second week of July!
Please tell me if you would prefer to have a specific day to do our weekly thread. day doesn't matter i get on most nights
Also, do you know if you're having a boy or girl? Single or multiples? Do you have other children? We are finding out but not till our anatomy scan can't wait How are you feeling so far? Now pretty good 1st trimester was tough
Any upcoming appointments? How did your last go? My next appointment is February 2. Get my blood drawn next week for quad screen. Last one was fine quick but I love hearing LO heartbeat. Try to resist doing it too much between visits since I work in a hospital
GTKY: What do you do in your spare time? when no exhausted I sew and cross stitch. Now I surf the Internet and stalk this blog while watching tv
Please tell me if you would prefer to have a specific day to do our weekly thread.
No preference!
Also, do you know if you're having a boy or girl? Single or multiples? Do you have other children?
Just one! We have had three early losses, this will be our first take home baby. We find out TODAY if baby is a boy or girl!
How are you feeling so far?
Great! I have felt like I am coming down with a cold lately and just found out my coworker who I work side by side with has the flu. So I plan to get that checked out if I spike a fever.
Any upcoming appointments? How did your last go?
I had an unexpected appt last Wednesday after I called concerned about some cramping. I ended up having a bladder infection. I have a regularly scheduled appointment and an early 3d ultrasound today that we splurged on to find out the sex early.
GTKY: What do you do in your spare time?
Read, nap, watch crappy t.v. reruns. I don't have a ton of spare time lately. I've been working 40+ hours a week on top of my four classes. Thankfully this is my final semester of undergrad and I'll finish up in May!

Yay - I missed this at first and thought our group was left out. Silly me.
Please tell me if you would prefer to have a specific day to do our weekly thread. It doesn't matter to me I am on it most at work... go me.
Also, do you know if you're having a boy or girl? Single or multiples? Do you have other children? Only one baby in there, and we don't know yet! It's driving me bonkers. I just took my other baby to the vet and found out he is now 104 pounds. Holy moly.
How are you feeling so far? I had been pretty terrible, but I'm starting to feel more human.
Any upcoming appointments? How did your last go? Last one was last week (well not an appointment more of a "hey I'm in a lot of pain wtf?") I got to see the baby, looks like a crazy skeleton! Next appointment is next week, please hurry up!!
GTKY: What do you do in your spare time? Sit. Kidding.. kinda. A lot of bonding with DH lately, he is getting a promotion at work which is awesome, but he will be on second shift. Since my graduation from grad school in December this is the first time in 5 years we've been on a somewhat similar schedule, and it's about to change again.
Please tell me if you would prefer to have a specific day to do our weekly thread. No preference for the day other than a weekday in general.
Also, do you know if you're having a boy or girl? Single or multiples? Do you have other children? According to the Panorama test, it's a girl!
How are you feeling so far? I was starting to feel better coming out of 1st tri, but now I have a cold or sinus infection or something... Yuck. Also, I still feel exhausted, like, all the time, but that's just from everyday life probably and getting up to pee so much.
Any upcoming appointments? How did your last go? My next is February 2nd. I love not coming in to work first thing on Mondays. Last was good. Heard the HB on doppler, and got out of there quickly.
GTKY: What do you do in your spare time? Huh? Spare time? What is that? Just kidding kinda - I spend a whole shit ton of my time in traffic these days with the construction of 2 new bridges in my area. My drive got lengthened by at least 45 minutes each way most days. Also do stuff with my 5 yo DD. We have dance class tonight. I like to make things, but I have a lot of unfinished projects at the moment. I used to love to read, but I think I'm going to start getting Audible books for my drive time.
(shortened)... maybe you ladies would have advice, being due around the same time...so please help! We are planning on moving right around my 20 week appt and what I assume will be the anatomy scan. Is it a better idea to ask if I can have it early with my current doctor, or late (like a month-ish?) with the new doc?
I'm not very patient and also a worrier, so I would probably ask for the early appointment! If it can't be done, then default to doing it after you move at my drs it is a science getting the ultrasound tech and doc to both have open time slots!
Decided to officially make the switch from TB! I am due July 12th.
Please tell me if you would prefer to have a specific day to do our weekly thread. No Preference
Also, do you know if you're having a boy or girl? Single or multiples? Do you have other children? Just one bun in the oven. I have two little girls that I am lucky enough to SAH with. DD1 is 2 and DD2 is 9 months.
How are you feeling so far? Well enough. DD2 is teething and fighting a cold so we have not been getting much sleep lately. Some sleep would be nice.
Any upcoming appointments? How did your last go? I have an appt. at the end of this month. Everything has been looking great so far.
GTKY: What do you do in your spare time? I am currently attempting to potty train my 2 year old which has pretty much consumed my life. Normally when I do have time to myself I love to read and cook. I also love anything outdoors and my girls love it too so that is something we get to enjoy together.

please tell me if you would prefer to have a specific day to do our weekly thread. Doesn't matter to me.
Also, do you know if you're having a boy or girl? Single or multiples? Do you have other children? U/S tech seemed pretty sure it was a girl at the NT scan at 13+5, but we're not banking on it yet. We're both really hoping it is, though! It's our first.
How are you feeling so far? First trimester was pretty easy, but I didn't realize how tired/nauseous/hangovery I was until it stopped a couple weeks ago.
Any upcoming appointments? How did your last go? 16 week appointment next week. Everything's been fairly routine.
GTKY: What do you do in your spare time? I'm an electrical engineer (hence name) When not at work, I garden, do genealogy research.........drink beer. *sniff*

Please tell me if you would prefer to have a specific day to do our weekly thread. Anyday is fine
Also, do you know if you're having a boy or girl? Single or multiples? Do you have other children? I will find out in about 4 or 5 weeks what the sex is. Just a single! I have one 3 year old boy.
How are you feeling so far? Feeling better but now have daily constant headaches.
Any upcoming appointments? How did your last go? Last appointment was great. Heard the heartbeat.
GTKY: What do you do in your spare time? Currently am working on a cross stitch project for the new baby's room.

Hi everyone! I nearly missed this thread!
Please tell me if you would prefer to have a specific day to do our weekly thread. No preference!
Also, do you know if you're having a boy or girl? Single or multiples? Do you have other children? We are having a little boy! We don't have other children.
How are you feeling so far? Still exhausted! And nauseated but not enough to actually puke. Also now having some stretchy abdominal pain.
Any upcoming appointments? How did your last go? No appointments for a long time! The last one was okay but it left me a bit nervous because the baby moved just a tad and the heartbeat was visible but not audible. The on-call doctor (not my regular) was in a huge rush. I may schedule a "reassurance" appointment at some point!
GTKY: What do you do in your spare time? Play with cats and trying to convert my wedding dress into a hand-stitched crazy quilt!
Based on ovulation, my due date is my birthday, July 10th. Baby consistently measures 2 days ahead, so the doctors suggest the 8th as a due date. *shrug*
I have a 5 year old son and just one baby in the womb, we think. Hoping to find out the sex but this is China where they technically aren't allowed to tell you. So, we'll see what kind of work-around we can figure out.
Anatomy Scan is Feb 21st! It seems forever away. I've been feeling off and on flutters since week 13 and felt distinctive kicks the other night, even from the outside with my hand. However, nothing since then, no flutters, even, so I'm just doing my best not to worry. Other than that, I'm mostly feeling better, except the headaches that keep showing up at inopportune times. Not too much to complain about at this point!

Hi everyone! I'm due July 11!
No specific preference for the thread, but weekends generally aren't great for me as I'm not checking in as often in general.
We don't know the sex yet, but we have our first scan the middle of February, and we're *pretty sure* we're going to find out (but we may decide to stay Team Green at the last minute). We assume it's only one in there, but maybe we're in for a surprise! We've only heard one heartbeat with the Doppler though.
I've been feeling great so far! No nausea in first tri to speak of, and more energy now although I still hit the hay pretty early in the evenings.
I have a regular check-in with my doctor in a couple weeks, and our anatomy scan a few days later. Exciting!
GTKY: I sing (gigs in bars mostly, but not a lot these days), and have just started rehearsals for a musical that will be produced this March. I used to do a lot more theatre, but this will be my first show in ages so it's very exciting! I like to spend time with family and friends, cuddling on the couch with the boyfriend, and just last night started teaching myself to knit. Maybe I'll even be able to produce something wearable for my little one if I keep up with it! I am a *super* beginner, and am just learning a garter stitch now, but I'm glad to be learning a new skill, however rudimentary!
