H has been in a bed for awhile but sometimes we still put him in the crib at night when he was wound up. Today we decided to move the crib in to a different room so that we could put F in it. F is sleeping in it very well, and even though he has woke up to eat twice so far, he has gone back down easily and doesn't seem phased by not being beside my bed anymore. Meanwhile it's 2:30 in the morning and H is just randomly walking around the house. Wth, kid? Why are you awake and why won't you stay in bed? I want to go to sleep, but somehow it seems like it would be frowned upon to just leave a two year old to his own devices all night.
Well it's about an hour later and my kid is still just up and walking around playing and getting himself drinks in the bathroom. I finally laid him on the couch and turned Thomas on Netflix. That'll teach him.
Oh, and did anyone read that pinned note at the top about mods or whatever. There's a few lines in it about the loveit phrasing that no one is currently fond of

He was probably so psyched to have the place to himself. You clearly taught him a lesson by ending it with Thomas :-)

I have to admit that I kind of like that. It's too bad that they can't do avatars. But it does point out how we're at the mercy of some folks who are here for their own entertainment.

MH littlest brother (youngest of 5 boys) would watch cartoons at that time of night a lot too. MIL said he was just always a night owl but good point stringy that maybe it's the thrill of having the house to himself LOL.
ETA did I really write "littlest" during a MOTN feed? Is that even a real word?
A few years ago I was certified in AZ to install car seats. I'm rusty at all the details, but know the basics and what to look for. So the other day I responded to a FB post about older kids and whether or not she legally needed to use the boosters. I quoted the state laws and even linked where I was getting the info. I was still wrong, well a police officer said you dobt have to use the shoulder strap, etc. Yeah couldn't take it
It does say so-and-so has f*cks to give. It doesn't look like something I'd want others to see, but maybe they mean it won't get filtered out with automatic checks for profanity. (does that even exist?)
clearly we're outside of my technical knowledge here.
And I think at work it's more pictures and videos that are ruled SFW. No? No one would see tiny inappropriate words on my computer, but a picture is impossible to miss

I was amused by it. Mostly because the syntax was a bit silly.
