I am about to have a meltdown because our house is on the market and keeping it clean and organized with a toddler around is impossible. It is like he knows we are trying to keep it clean - he has started throwing food on the carpet (hasn't done this for MONTHS) and dumping out toys that he doesn't even end up playing with. It is so ANNOYING lol.

R usually has meltdowns with coming inside. esmerelda We usually have to bribe her.
Today actually went much better than I thought. I'm sure not every day will be like this but I managed to empty the dishwasher, do 2 loads of laundry, take R to the park twice and feed everyone. I say we managed!

My meltdown is sleep deprivation. Adam is a champ sleeper during the day, napping 2-3 hours after each feed. However,at night this kid is waking up after an hour sleeping, staying awake (eating, diaper changes and trying to get him to sleep) for an hour, then repeating. I am burning through all my brain cells just trying to stay awake all day long. Jack's meltdown was yesterday when I tried to put him to sleep for the first time since I went into the hospital to have Adam. Between my husband and my mom, he has regressed a lot going to sleep. We were long over him testing me for naps. Yesterday he kept throwing his paci, his blankie his stuffed animals. He was trying to get up, talking, wiggling. But I stayed calm and consistent and ended up leaving after almost an hour. He stayed in bed and fell asleep on his own, All this change has wrecked his routines and I am grateful he isn't acting out more though. Cannot wait to get a new routine going in a few weeks and get back on track! Just need to heal up from this stupid c-section!
