Plain pb sandwich dipped in chili here. Makes my hubs want to vomit. he can't even look at me while I eat.
And again I ask why this is a thing you'd think to try.
We eat PB sandwiches with chili here too. I was introduced to the concept at school when I was a kid because they were served together. And DH will eat anything so he's game. I don't dip the sandwich though.
I don't dip cookies in milk either. Milk shouldn't be "crumby". FFFC?
soon2bmrsn, I don't like anything in my milk. I don't eat cereal with milk because it ruins the milk. I will eat a bowl of cereal like it's chips or something, and have a glass of milk along side it.

I don't like milk. I'll pour it over cereal on the rare occasion I eat cereal, but there is always a lot of milk left over in the bowl that I toss out.

UO: milk is for babies and toddlers. Adults shouldn't drink milk; it's unnecessary and not particularly healthy. Most adults also develop a mild lactose intolerance with age.
+1.
Milk is for growing a calf into a 1500 lb steer(~680 kg for you, metric scale peeps). I developed an intolerance and am not super fun to be around after I eat ice cream.
alwaysnc4me, soon2bmrsn, what type of peanut butter are you dipping into the chili? I want to try this. I think the nutty sweetness would be really good with the heat and savoriness of the chili.

Most adults shouldn't eat lots of high fat things. But sometimes they just taste good When I was pregnant with DS I LOVED milk. We get glass bottle, local, organic milk and it is delicious!

Also lactose intolerant but I'll suffer for icecream
Dh is lactose intolerant so I only buy lactaid. It's nice that I can make soups and mashed potatoes that he can actually eat. I guess I'll have to start buying whole milk once DD hits a year.

I agree and I keep trying to tell DH this. I haven't drunk much milk since I moved out of my parents' house/my mom stopped serving is every night for dinner. Blech.

kelpsu I don't dip, just so we're clear. I spread regular PB on a piece of whole wheat bread, fold the bread in half and eat it alongside my chili. Yum.
