Mine is the floors. It's like every time I clean them, they immediately become dirty again. I would rather clean anything than the floors.
This x1000. I just did mine yesterday and they're already getting gross.
Yeah we have two dogs and the deck entrance from the backyard is right into the kitchen...puppy prints on the linoleum always and hair on all the hardwoods...but MH loves to vacuum and mop so he does it nonstop. We just rick paper scissored for sheets and I lost. Damn.
TTC since July 2014. CP March 2015. IVF #1 March 2016, 5R, 3M, 2F with ICSI. Transferred 2 on day 3. CP. Surprise BFP and then CP August 2016 (prep cycle for IVF). IVF #2: zero eggs retrieved IVF #3: 6R, 5M, 5F, 3 (2 8A and 1 11A) transferred, one "B" graded embryo frozen on day 5. BFP (at home 7dp3dt, confirmed 14dp3dt with 1552 beta) and U/S at 5w5d, 2 sacs and 2 yolks!
Finished my household tasks, but I'm supposed to be studying now instead of here. CD1 though so life can suck it.
Boo. It's not CD1 for me, but I'm supposed to be doing school too. I feel like I missed all last week on GKU because of being so busy with school, so I'm saying screw it. I need my wine and bitches tonight. #selfcare
Slightly tipsy from the show party tonight here in Chicago. Also sofa king exhausted and one more day of work followed by a red-eye flight to go.
I had a couple drinks at the party, but we're headed to bed now as there's a speaker at 8:30AM tomorrow, then I'll be on the show floor for another 7-8 hour day before heading head.
Going to AW my awesome job a little bit tho:
This $15,000 Burmese spinel brought to you by Sparkly. Did not buy. Wish I could though!
I usually don't think I have anything useful to contribute to the drinking threads but holy shit am I glad I opened up tonight's thread to see a picture of my most fave country hottie! He makes me melt... and thanks for all the updates onesweetworld, keep em coming!
W, I have an irrationally large affection for Cracker Barrel, lol. I never tried it until DH and I moved down to LA and he gives me a funny look every time I suggest we go there for lunch after church. I've never heard of Moe's, though.
So...tonight is night #1 of living at my IL's house while our bathroom gets renovated (probably a 2-3 week deal). I had a glass of wine with dinner and I'd really like to have like 3-4 more but my MIL is upstairs watching TV (in the living room which is open to the kitchen) and I'd feel really awkward (and also kind of rude) going up there, getting a glass out of the cabinet, and retreating back downstairs with the glass and a bottle.
I'm trying to balance how much I want wine against how much I care whether I'm being awkward/rude.
Also, in case anyone missed it, I'm living at my IL's house for 2-3 weeks. I NEED WINE.
Shit just realized I have to put the clean sheets on the bed...ok to just sleep on couch tonight? I'm almost through the bottle of wine and my dog is on my lap. Would hate to disturb him.
I hate putting new sheets on the bed, it's H's job in our house.

Cracker Barrel is so good, especially for breakfast!
Nooooo haha. It's at the high school I was a teacher at last semester. I stayed on as crew director so the teacher that runs the drama club didn't have to find yet another person to help him. I basically have to try to get a bunch of teenage boys (and a couple girls) to paint and what not. Very glamorous

And this is why you should have brought the bottle with you in the first place

Still it sounds like a lot of fun, it's a good show too.

LOTS of fun. I love my kids and the director. He keeps saying I need to find a job next year within a 45 minute radius from the school so I can continue doing the plays. I keep telling him "we'll see."
Guise!!! Not five minutes after I typed out my previous post, my H walked up to me and handed me a half full bottle of wine that he had retrieved from our house. It's like he read my mind! I am now sitting here drinking it straight from the bottle while he's out getting more.

We just got rid of housekeeper in an effort to save $ and I think assigning this task to MH is going to have to happen. Especially if I drink a bottle of wine. The duvet is...not straight. Don't care.

That is dumb of them. Do they not remember Missoni-pocalypse?!
Exactly. How soon we forget.
This is their plan... how many people will now go see what the hoopla is over? I'm wondering if they did this because of the backlash (I saw online) from the ladies who buy and can afford full price Lily?

We got rid of the housekeeper too to save for the wedding almost 2 years ago, we have not brought her back yet. I miss her so much.

I've always dreamed of having a housekeeper, but it seems like it would be too expensive... How often did you have the housekeeper come to clean? Was it relatively affordable?

We did every other week, so it wouldn't be too expensive. I forget how much it was now though.... it was affordable but when we cancelled we were focusing on paying for our wedding and honeymoon.
