lilyelayne I fell off the wagon yesterday. I tried and failed to make the 120 seconds.
I figure if I don't make 120s today I'll call it a 90s day and try again tomorrow. And keep going til I get a 120s day, just taking a rest day every 5 if I'm that off track. A month of planking will be good for me no matter what amount of time I get up to.
I fell off the wagon also, I am going to try 90 today and then move on to trying for 120. I want to continue the challenge for myself, so I'm just going to keep pushing.

I finally accomplished 120 sec today! I know I'm far behind, but I'll keep going until I complete 300 sec. That just sounds so long, but I'm sure eventually it will be done.
