Creeper alert. I'm eyeing all of your babies' head shapes trying to decide if DDs is really a problem.
I see a bit of flatness on the back of dd's head too, but I know it is only because she hates sleeping on her stomach. I try to have her sit on my lap during day or sit up playing with toys and feel that has helped a small amount.

Yeah, my dd's seems to be entirely due to sleep position. She spends very little time on her back now except for sleep and it hasn't gotten any worse, but doesn't really seem better either. We're following up with the ped today to see of there's anything else that can/should be done. It seems to be purely cosmetic. Of course I've googled the crap out of it for months and it's hard to distinguish actual medical info from helmet propaganda.
