Your fart ever smelled so bad you thought you should call the doctor?
So.. I assumed that you "used lotion to cover it up" to pretend that it was the lotion bottle/tube making the noises! The scent part didn't even cross my mind. Do I spend too much time with 10 year olds?
I'm excited to get my hair done after work. My greys are out of control. I just have to decide if I want highlights or color only…
I found my first grey the other day :/ What color were you thinking?
My hair is brown but I'm probably 25-50% gray already. It sucks. So she either does some sort of stain which just tints the grays or we do a bronze/copper highlight. I really like how my hair looks dark but it's summer so I might go for the highlights this time.
I'm honestly liking football less and less each year. Baseball, more and more.
ETA: hockey more and more, too.
Hockey players are HAWT. Especially with their playoff beards. Also, what other sport do players get their lip busted open, stitched up and go back on the ice 10 minutes later. They are badass.

I didn't care about hockey at all until February. In my new home, hockey is HUGE and the team is doing well, so it's a big thing. I've embraced it. I am impartial to football. Baseball games are fun if there is beer and a live game involved (and baseball hats because they're cute). Soccer is awesome always.
Hiiii. You guys are nuts. Is anyone actually working today?! Lol.
DH and I just got back from seeing my grandma. She is adorable and is doing fantastic. We got to see PT and OT work with her and they were super impressed. My brother called her from California so we took that opportunity to leave because neither of us have eaten today, oops.
I am wearing pink, DH has the blue shirt covered. Annnnnd I can't wait to see what the landscaping people have done to my front yard!

That sounds pretty! I've been thinking about doing some similar highlights but I haven't dyed my hair in probably 12-13 years and I'm too scared to touch it. The last time I got highlights they looked awful and it took forever to get my hair back to its natural color.

Just FYI for anyone interested in Flonase and similar OTC allergy nasal inhalants:
It can be quite addictive (weird, I know). Frequent, consistent use can lead to withdrawal congestion that can actually be worse that what led to it being used to begin with. It's meant to almost like a rescue inhaler (like for asthmatics): use sparingly, not regularly.

Score 1 for being a blonde! Gray hairs have to be really obvious to show up. My dad is a dark blonde and he didn't find his first gray hairs until around his 50th birthday.

This is just one reason I am so happy that I'm blonde.
Also, are we the same person? These similarities need to stop... it's starting to get weird...

This is the saddest fact about Afrin - I can't use it all the time when I have a cold.
I limit it to just before I go to bed and only for max three days in a row. At least I can breathe most of the night!
that would be awesome! I'm a medium brunette, with some natural red, and I'd love to go more red, but I don't want to be orange-headed.
I dye my hair (naturally a dark blonde) to a strawberry-ish blonde and it often turns orange/brassy because I do box dye ($$!!). She recommended "purple shampoo." She showed me some Aveda stuff at the salon that was expensive, but suggested going into a Sally Beauty Supply or something and asking for a purple shampoo. I haven't tried it yet, but I will next time I dye my hair!

I'm blonde, but my gray hairs are obvious (to me at least) because they are always very coarse and stick straight up. My first one showed up a few weeks after I turned 30.
That's what I use!!! Henna Caca Rouge from Lush :-)
If you have any questions or want a before/after picture, I'll share!

Lush is not orange. At all.
I did a lot of research on what henna to use before I started. You can buy really cheap henna, but that's the stuff horrors are made of. I watched a lot of YouTube videos on how to use it and some basic information on where Lush gets its rouge henna. They aim for almost no orange side effects from their rouge. Their plants are also grown in Iran (which they wistfully refer to as 'Persia' to separate). I don't know if that matters to you.
My hair is naturally dirty blonde/light brown. I'll PM you a picture of my hair pre and post in a little bit. I have a meeting at 3pm!

I have naturally very dark hair. I (well, my stylist) tried to do an ombre one time, and the bottom half of my hair ended up very brassy and orange. My stylist tried to neutralize it with ash and purple, but in the end the only thing that worked was laying back on the dark brown. I hope your purple works out!
