So I left in a huge hurry this morning and didn't eat breakfast... didn't grab lunch. I am at work for nine hours today with no way of getting food. If DH comes to town I might get him to bring me something but I don't want him to have to drive to me. Work is an hour from home
And to complete the randomness of this here reply, I give you: Put A Rang On It Enjoy, ladies! #iheartredheads
That was interesting! The hair looks so real! The freckles were realllllllly overdone on a few people though. Some of them looked realistic and others were obviously not.
I don't have red hair but I could probably compete with some of those freckles
Yeah, some of them are better than others. And some are just plain weird.

That's so exciting singingsea!! Did you ever make the book of family members or get her something? Have fun!!
nuggetrn I legit can't leave the house without eating something. It was beaten into me growing up because my mom refused to let us go to school until we ate in the morning. I am more of a monster without food than without coffee (and due to digestive issues I can't drink coffee until I eat... soooo if I don't get either it's not pleasant). I hope you are able to get some food soon!!!
I may have over compensated chugging my coke. I have to pee now. But I'm afraid once I get there I won't have to. Why are drug tests so stressful??
Whenever there is an accident/incident at work, I warn the employees that they will have to pee in a cup once we get to the Walk-In clinic. They generally drink water then have to wait 37 hours to be seen. I should stop warning them, it makes me feel a little bad.
I am wearing black dress pants today. While I don't miss the crazy hours of my last rotation, I do miss wearing scrubs.
Our roommate's family starts getting into town today for graduation tomorrow. While none of then are staying at our place, they are using it as home base since they are at different hotels. So now we're going to have houseguests for the next few days and I've only met one of then before. As an introvert, this is like my worst nightmare.
Plus I won't be able to take my bra off when I get home after work, which really sucks.

I'm wearing black dress pant capris. There are like 15 people in the plant office that have to wear dress pants and I'm one of them. It makes no sense. Tomorrow is jeans day and I will be all up in those cheeks.
Also it's suppose to be almost 90 today and back in the 60s next week. #welcometothemidwest.

My mom stopped getting up with us to go to school in like 5th grade... lol. Soooo, maybe I haven't eaten breakfast since then? Haha. I know I should eat breakfast but I am so bad at it! Plus I was so late this morning and I basically jumped out of bed, got dressed and left the house. I am glad no one has to see me all day. I did shower last night before bed though thankfully.
MH is in such a mood. He's being so grumpy via text it's making me roll my eyes.
My husband has been the same the last few days. We are high stress right now trying to get stuff done with the house plus I am having the worst period I have had in months. It is not fun.

I would find a place to go stay over the weekend. This situation is the worst.

Good old Indiana. Where you can need the heat in the morning and AC in the evening.

Fun story, I got told by a nurse once that I couldn't take the drug test if she knew I just drank a lot of water. I got anxious when I got to the clinic and couldn't pee. I drank so much in the car on the way to the second try. If I only knew how often I would be peeing in cups now.
I found some show yesterday called My Secret Pregnancy or something like that. It's just a bunch of people who wait until 6+ months to tell important people in their lives that they are pregnant. It was weird...

I just looked at the long-range forecast, and we're in for similar nasty weirdness. Almost 90 (or above) for the next several days, and a high of 73 next Thursday. Wut? Not that I'm going to complain about highs in the 70s. Our weather team has predicted a cooler than average summer, but it's sure not seeming that way, given how the spring's going.
My aunt opened up her pool yesterday and I was like wut? DH wanted to kick on the ac but I'm making him wait. Not worth it for 3-4 days when our basement stays cool anyway.

I so wish I was part of the #nopantsparty! I'm so bloated from my injections! I told H this morning that I've never been so hyper-aware of my ovaries before. I am wearing a pair of jeans that are already a little too big, and I'm re-wearing them, so they're nice and stretched out!
On the topic of attractive men, anyone see the articles recently about the "dadbod" and how it's more appealing to women than the super-muscular bod? I haven't read some of the rebuttal articles about the "mombod" yet, but I realized that the "dadbod" is definitely what I prefer. I mean, super-muscular Magic-Mike-in-Channing-Tatum bodies are fun to look at for a while, but my H's "dadbod" is much nicer to snuggle with at night! And he gave me no grief when we went out to dinner last night and I wanted dessert, too.

I think we are soul mates.
Don't really have anywhere else to go. I plan on distracting myself with our dog and my roommate's niece and nephew. Kids make me much less anxious than adults. Plus the niece is like 9 months, so she's in that really adorable stage.

Today is a boring office day but I think it will become more interesting. I got reports already that the student I had to take home from school yesterday already spit on his bus driver then went on to get in a fight with a peer. I am praying he calms down because I get off early. If he doesn't, I will be staying late and taking him home again. fX and praying he has a better day. DD has a dance recital and getting off later will make for a hectic evening!
I am wearing jeans and sandals today because I have no meetings or appointments!!

Yeah stress can be rough.
I'm trying to be sympathetic and patient. But he's putting words in my mouth. It's like... read my text. I didn't write that! LOL

I feel like "My Secret Pregnancy" should be more not telling anyone and then like Instagram-ing a photo of your newborn, not just waiting a few extra months to tell.
A friend of mine waited til she was 8 months to tell her dad, who she was living with.
There was another show about not knowing you're pregnant. I've heard of that before, though.
My brother is graduating from college today and I can't go to the ceremony because it starts in 10 minutes. Who has a graduation ceremony at 10am on a Thursday? Lame.
No pants for me today! I'm in a black and white dress cause I have happy hour tonight!
Did you seen Fox canceled Mindy Project?!? This makes me super rage-y!! I LOVE that show. It makes me laugh every week. Hopefully Hulu picks it up...
Bastards.
Seriously, though, it's almost a guarantee when you give the lead a baby. I don't know why, but if you're a show about dating/single life, you can't throw a baby into the mix in a comedy. The only way Friends got away with it was to basically make the baby invisible after birth. She was only in a couple of episodes. I don't know how they would have pulled off Mindy with a baby.

We had an epic fight at the garden center yesterday trying to pick out a few things because he wasn't listening to anything I was trying to say. He had a vision of what he thought I was saying in his head and didn't want to listen to what I was actually describing!!
Texting is so difficult anyway sometimes because it is hard sometimes to convey tone, even worse when the other person is reading into things you didn't even say!!

I would have liked have liked to see them try! Mindy Kaling is hilarious. I feel unlike other shows right now (I'm looking at you New Girl) the characters were growing and still funny!
