I have a slight obsession with everything Oball... They are just so easy for LO to grab. There are more expensive obsessions to have so I guess it's not so bad.

I found a pack on linky rings from Oball and love them!! LO does too. Fun colors, shapes, and textures. And they are easy to bring everywhere.

I haven't seen those yet! Well guess I'm getting more Oball stuff. Sigh.

It might be a FFFC round these parts but I dunno. We went and took baby girl #2 to get her ears pierced yesterday. She'll be 5 months Tuesday. My first daughter got hers after 4 months as well.

I got my ears pierced when I was 6 months old as did my sisters and nieces. My mom wants to take DD to get hers done in July. I asked me pedi and she approved so DD will get her ears pierced this summer.
I just upped my cleaning service frequency to every week instead of every other until I'm done working the second week of June. We really shouldn't be spending the extra money but I figure it's temporary and this job has been harder than I anticipated and I just cannot find the energy or care to clean.
I left LO alone in the car for 30 seconds today in a gas station parking lot. I was driving alone with him on a 4+ hour trip, he was asleep, and I was desperate to pee. I found a gas station that had a portapotty out back, parked 3 feet away from it, cracked the windows, locked the doors, and peed as fast as humanly possible. It was rural Maine, so I'm really not concerned, but I know some would flame for this!
Yeah no flaming from me... I've done this.. A couple of times.

I caused an ant infestation in the "family room" (my designated lactation room) at work. Suddenly there were ants gathering on the carpet near where I pump. They are camouflaged by the carpet so no one else would notice them. I assume drops of BM accumulating over the last two months attracted them. Gross.

I left my baby in a stroller outside a porta potty while out for a run. What's the alternative? Bring the baby in with you?

Im planning on taking babygirl soon also she just turned 4 months
I'm personally believe it should be her decision so I'm holding off until my LO is old enough to ask me herself.

I've actually peed a couple times with LO awake in the carrier...not fun.

My park has a handicap portalet and yes I brought the whole stroller in. But if they only had normal size ones I have no idea what I would have done
I bought DS the "brilliant like mommy" shirt at Carter's. It's self indulgent but I wanted to support Carters for making a shirt that said something besides pretty like mommy.

One time, I was driving through an area I'd been through a million times but not for quite a few months. I proceeded to continue straight through an intersection only to discover that it turned into a one way street in the opposite direction once you crossed through the light. I realized immediately and pulled over, waiting for traffic to clear so I could do a quick u-turn. There were 3 lanes so I had lots of room. I'm STILL embarrassed and it was years ago. I will NEVER tell DH. Nooo way. This one goes to the grave (and internet strangers). Ugh. *face palm*
Not sure if this is a FFFC...I am kind of possessive of LO around the ILS. Like probably not normal. I'm not this way around my family or friends. I just get really on edge and crazy inside especially when my FIL has him. He just whisks him away and insists on trying to calm him down when he's fussing or change his diaper when I want to do that. Like I have to tell him no I am doing it multiple times before he lets it go. They're good people I just feel like since I have been back at work I don't want anyone messing with my time with LO and DH. I feel worse about it now because we are seeing them tomorrow and I am thinking of ways to keep LO to myself after having just booked a 5 day trip to visit my family. I am also thinking about ways to avoid this by him and other family when we go to DH's two family reunions this summer. Long story short I guess I'm selfish.
I make oatmeal for breakfast every day. When I made oatmeal earlier this week, instead of grabbing the oatmeal container, I grabbed the dog food container and scooped dog food into my bowl. I was half asleep, but they are in totally different types of containers. I'm so glad I caught it before adding water. Dog food is expensive.

I'm not objective on this issue, but I will say I don't think this is selfish at all.

This is me too. No judgment on others, just personal experience. My parents got my ears pierced when I was two months old. Earrings are cool and all but I wear them mayyybe once a year. I feel like if I had chosen to get them pierced I would be more inclined to make an effort to wear earrings.
I'm gonna be fashionably late and do my FFFCs as FFSCs.
This for real may be flameworthy with all the body positive talk around here. I have been wearing girdles, Bengkung wraps, corsets, Belly Bandits, etc shapewear almost every day since LO was born. I'm just now getting comfortable enough with my body to not wear anything to work or in public. Baby steps.
gdaniels77 I don't wear any of those things. But I avoid full length mirrors as if my life depends on it. I know we are supposed to be like "we had a baby, it took us nine months to gain you can't expect to lose the weight right away" My body looks like an old worn out sock, my boobs look like condoms with a handful of sand in them, my arms are fat, and I have a double chin. I mean how is that not supposed to bother me ?! Funny how we see these things in ourselves, but I guarantee if I saw any of you guys, I wouldn't think you looked bad at all
gdaniels77 I would totally wear them frequently if I wasn't too cheap to buy some. I've always been self-conscious about my stomach, and now that I have a diastasis recti, it's even worse. Oh well... I have these awesome kids that I'm hoping people are looking at instead of me.
Same here. If I wasn't cheap I would buy some and wear them all the time. I have that too and hate how my belly looks. And I know that statement may be flame worthy.
