I'm sure I'm not alone here but I love winter. I love the cold weather and the snow. It's a definite UO where I live (by the beach) and my FB is constantly filled with countdowns until Memorial Day weekend lol

I'm the exact opposite. I enjoy extreme heat. If I'm not sweating, I'm not happy. I grew up in the tropics with no a/c. Cold weather is obnoxious, and by cold, I mean under 75.

I hate the heat... I hate sweating. You are crazy!

I love winter until sometime in February. By then, I go a little stir crazy and SAD kicks in. It's worse now with DS because we can't spend a lot of time outside. And it's so dark and cloudy. I'm just ready for some sun and green grass by then.

At work already dealing with crazy after another night of no sleep.
I loved summer when I was younger, when it meant I got to take trips and dick around. Now I hate when it's too hot or too cold because it means being stuck inside with the kids.
I like some Jelly Belly flavors but not actual jelly beans. I normally love Twizzlers but for some reason this pregnancy, they taste like lipstick to me. And, I'm sure it's popular, but black licorice is straight from the devil.
I know Larry happened. Please do not try to convince me otherwise. Please don't talk to me about coffee. I don't drink it. I don't caffeine. When I state my opinion, that is me chiming in on a topic. This is not me saying you suck at life if you do or feel differently. If I want to say that, I will. If I want to speak on you, I will.
You're both fucking crazy. I don't like extreme hot or cold. I like a perfect 70-80.
I set my a/c at 81.
We don't turn our AC on until it gets to 80 in the house and we keep it at 80. We can all sleep, we just wear fewer clothes. In the winter we keep the house at 68 so I bundle up.
I would probably prefer at least 72 in the winter and 76 in the summer. My inlaws keep their house at 72 in the summer and I am freezing when I go there in my shorts and t shirts.
All the talk about daycares being germy etc annoy me. So it has nothing to do with our immune systems or our ability to fend off illnesses? We're just doomed to be victims of germs? IDK just annoying.

I hate extreme heat AND extreme cold. Give me a pleasant, cool crisp fall day anytime! Hating the heat in the summer is an UO with my DH, and we are constantly at war with the a/c.
I hate when it is pouring down rain and people drive like there is nothing going on. I don't feel safe driving 75 mph in the pouring rain. Like don't you slow down a little bit?

81?! What? In the summer I set my a/c at 68. Lol. And still I'm like "it's so hooooootttttt!" /whiny voice
I mean, I like spring and summer but I really can't tolerate heat over like 80. And I don't love 80. It's very humid where I live. I don't like sweating and I feel like I can't breathe. Also, I hate the tourism/ traffic

And yes, mine have been in daycare since infants.
My kids have pretty good immune systems and don't get sick often and have gone to daycare since 3 months old. Sure they have gotten some of the things going around by my niece and my cousins son both got to babysitters who have only 2 or 3 other kids there and they are sick way more often than my kids.

This bothers me too. Same with snow. I slow down bc I feel like I can see as good if it's really pouring and hydroplaning and what not.
This morning I took the kids in early since they woke up at the asscrack. It snowed yesterday and the roads were wet. It was cold so it could have been icy so I slowed down. People were flying past me and e riding my ass. Sure enough- accident on the main road. Chill people.
On the other hand, I also hate when people drive slow as fuck over a little bit of drizzle.
Act right and do exactly what I want you to do people!

How do you not freeze at 68 in the summer? I have to have multiple layers on to tolerate that in my house I'm the winter.

I'm just always hot. I rarely wear a coat in the winter (winter where I live ranges from the teens / 20's to a high in the 40's. I start using my AC in the spring and don't turn it off til October. 68 is so comfortable to me. Lol
I keep the heat around the same or as high as 71-72 because my office is in the basement so it's colder down there
