Ok so I had the strings to my IUD cut monday. Today I had a little bit of clotting and spotting. Just went to the restroom to check it because it felt like a misplaced tampon and about 1 inch of the string came out. I remember someone asking about this before but don't remember the answer. Gonna call OB tomorrow but does anyone remember what strings falling out and cramping/bleeding means?
Dude!! Me!!! I got paranoid that I dreamt it because I didn't ever remember taking the string out of my underwear.. Went and got checked and both my strings were there. I also tried to feel for them and couldn't. My ob said when they cut them they may have left it in there, but I remember them showing me the strings so who the hell knows. But my ob said it would be pretty odd for the actual string to fall out.
Edit to add: my bleeding also started after the string thing, like 3 days after I got it placed. Took like 3 freakin weeks for it to stop
Also, darwinfish, I'm shocked and a little saddened by your confession of wine hating.....please tell me you at least appreciate a fruity martini??
@themooseiloose
It was a joke! I love my wine red and deep, my champagne dry, margaritas on the rocks, and martinis with vodka and absolutely filthy. I'll occasionally have a fruity cocktail if it's the signature drink, otherwise I'm a red wine or vodka martini gal. Oh, and every so often a really fight quality vodka on the rocks.
THANK GOODNESS!!!!
For the love of God, don't give a girl a heart attack like that....I had the sads thinking of you without wine in your life.
alfibet Thanks so much. Makes me feel a little less worried. thanks. That's what I was thinking that he left the small piece in there. I didn't see the cut strings. I'm saving it though just in case. I had to reach up in there but I can feel one of the strings so that's good.
(edit: i tried the quick reply bar on the notification and it didn't quote the text so needed to add who this was directed at. Promise will eventually figure this complicated site out. Definitely not as user friendly as TB.)

I've been seeing y'all post about 30ds for days and i just figured out what it meant. I own the damn video. Thank God it's almost the weekend, my brain is done.
DD is trying reaaaaaallllly hard to roll to her left. She kinda collects herself into a little ball and throws herself to the side, hoping momentum will push her over. No such luck, but it's hilarious to watch.

And the arms imswaddled lasted all of 1 1/2 hrs. She was doing ok sleeping until she randomly screamed and started crying. Shes done that a couple times today. I was holding her earlier she just screamed and started a cry that was like a pain cry. Whats wrong with my baby?

I'm annoyed. I sent 15 oz to daycare. Sheet says she drank 10.5. Normally they send home any extra...so what happened to 4.5 ounces of my milk? Of course the afternoon person won't be there in the morning to ask...

This happens to my LO too. It has since she was brand new. I even googled to see if they can have nightmares. I found that a paci and back patting puts her right back to sleep.

I read somewhere that they can have dreams/nightmares as a result of their brains processing their experiences from the day. So, they could be remembering a moment from the day that was especially upsetting or something. I know that doesn't exactly make you feel better about the scream/cry but, at least it's a reason.
