MsNicole06 - I read somewhere you shouldn't start any project the first year of your babies life. Ha! That was enough for me. I have tons of projects I haven't even started, so you're one step ahead of me. p.s love the color

ninergirl52 that makes sense. I'm addicted to updating the house and turning it into my vision so if I can convince DH to do it, I jump on the project so it will get finished.
We also put in new flooring, vanity, sink, faucet, medicine cabinet, and lighting int our master bath about 3 months ago. We will be reglazing the shower surround this summer.
DH informed me I'm officially banned from home improvement projects for the next year.
I feel like my post should read: Hi, I'm addicted to DIY projects that I find on Pinterest and transforming my move in ready house into my perfect little home.
Semi drive by... I had scheduled for my cousin to watch lo tonight so H and I could go out to dinner and shop for some toys for lo. I scheduled it before I was sick and before lo's issues but my H convinced me to go anyway...we were gone 3 hours and apparently lo cried inconsolably the last 45 minutes we were gone :-( he refused a bottle and wouldnt sleep. I feel terrible for leaving he was so sobbing so hard when I walked in and looked at me with the biggest saddest eyes that broke my heart. He stopped crying as soon as I took him which made me feel good and worse at the same time. I told H only day dates for a little while.

spikesmom - oh man those moments are tough. Dh & I were just talking about how we really need to go on a date. We have not been out just the 2 of us since Lo was born. We've reserved all sitters for when one of us can't watch him. So we're going to trait soon. Soon meaning when we figure out who to ask.
spikesmom that is rough... I agree day dates are easier. I've found the dates have really helped with DH and I being snippy towards each other. Hopefully your next date will end with a happier baby upon return.
