Hi ladies!
Thanks to those who helped me find this place and it is so good to see all of you here! I don't know if I need to re-intro here but see a lot of you have so I will go ahead and do so. My former sn was SciChick and I have to be honest, I never really liked the chick part but when I chose it I couldn't think of anything except I like science so I'm glad to change it.
I have one daughter who is 18 months. Prior to DD we had trouble conceiving and then when we got all of that sorted out (PCOS, weight loss) I had three losses. I was diagnosed with a double MTHFR and underwent a hysteroscopy to remove some blockage and polyps. We got the go ahead to try again, got pg right away, and had DD, and it's been a wild couple of years!
I teach science and was a scientist earlier in my career. Nowadays I just enjoy every minute I can with DD and watching her grow. I will be figuring out this new board and how it works and may be able to get a signature going at some point.
