Website Albee Baby has 5 items on good sale (a stroller, car seat, crib, high chair... Can't remember the fifth) and all regularly priced items are 20% off. Today only, I believe.

there are some exclusions on this. I just tried to buy my carseat and it wouldn't work. Boo.

PSA: I did not know this until a few minutes ago. For all you mommas that have an Amazon registry, if you're not signed up for Amazon Mom, you won't get the completion discount.

I think it's 10% for everyone and 15% for Amazon Mom members.

Oh okay. I was just looking on there to see if mine was available yet, and from what I read it made it seem like you had to be an Amazon Mom member to get it. Maybe I just read it wrong.

If you have prime, Amazon mom is free anyway. Plus they send you a really nice box of freebies if you have Amazon mom and do a registry. If you don't have prime I'm pretty sure you can do the free trial, sign up for mom, and just cancel before you get charged.

Just curious, when does the box of goodies arrive? After baby? Also, does Amazon automatically send an email about a discount on the registry for remaining items or does that need initiated in some way?

You actually have to order the box. If you go to your registry, there should be a link on the left side of the page about it. You add it to your cart like you're going to buy it for the $50 or whatever they say the value is, but they don't actually charge for it. I'm not sure about completion discounts and how/when those are sent.

When do you get this box of freebies? I haven't found anything that mentions it on the site.

The registry freebie box on Amazon comes back from time to time just check periodically. I received ours about two weeks ago. It included 80 count wipes, an Avent bottle, nursing pads, a sample of a few Burt's bees products , food pouch, supplementation formula sample, a pacifier, and a babyganics lotion. Well worth keeping an eye out in my book.
If you need to buy a breast pump, Amazon has an amazing deal on the Spectra S2 right now. $118 for a $300 pump. This is the pump I just ordered through my insurance and is a top rated, closed system hospital grade pump. Babygearlab lists this pump as its top choice.

Do you know if its compatible w Medela parts? I have heard great things about this pump so am curious but not really interested in buying all sorts of new bottles etc.

from what I've read you can hack it to use Medela parts quite effectively. There's an amazon review out there with instructions and pictures.
I'm hoping to use tommee tippee bottles if we need to bottle feed but they're apparently not compatible. I'm assuming I'll be pumping and storing/pouring in that event. I just couldn't see getting any other pump after all the research I've done.
