Is it ok if I have whey protein powder in my shakes?
I'm glad you asked this question! I recently started having a whey protein shake for breakfast every morning, and it has helped with my energy level, as well as keeping me full. This morning I blended it into a strawberry banana smoothie and it was delicious! I was hoping I wouldn't have to give that up!
The veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots) seem to create a massive amount of bloat/gas for me lately. Suggestions to rid of bloat, or suggestions on different veggies I can snack on that are still just as good?
