I'm bored at work and need some entertainment.

What was your wedding song?  As in the first song you danced to?  If you didn't have a dance or aren't married, what is your song?  Bonus points if you post a video

We didn't have a dance but our song we played during the DVD of our pictures during our family receiption was Firehouse "love of a lifetime" I always thought the words where very fitting.

I would probably call Alan Jackson's Remember When more "our song" though. It just kind of happened to be playing during some big times of our relationship. We also used it for our Anniversary Dance at our wedding.

The song played at our wedding was Shania Twain/Bryan White "From this Moment." We didn't have any dancing. This was the only song played besides wedding music. The pianist/girl singing it actually picked it out. I really didn't want to have a wedding but DH wanted a church wedding and this was added to make the ceremony last longer than 2 minutes. I do like the song, though. No complaints there.

Ours was Garth Brooks "to make you feel my love." My H decided it would be "fun" to have our best man and maid of honor choose our first dance song. Only problem with that was when the song played, it wasn't the Garth Brooks version, it was a knock off country singer the DJ found online. We couldn't even figure out what song it was until pretty late into the song. Even now I have to google it to remember the name!

We had Alison krauss, when you say nothing at all. We had anamazing DJ who also MCed. He recorded mh and I privately talking about what we loved about each other. He then incorporated bits of that into the song as we danced!! It was awesome!

We chose OAR's Hey Girl. It has always been our song. Unfortunately we didn't have a dj and the song started while I was in the bathroom. Instead we danced to the next song that came on, Michael Jackson's Billie Jean. Not your traditional wedding song!

Ours was "I can't help falling in love with you" sung by Andrea Bocelli. We both love him.

I specifically chose the last song of the night too...it was "Mad about you" by Hooverphonic. It was in the movie "A Lot Like Love" with ashton kutcher during the new years eve party and the second i heard it I knew I had to have that song in my wedding. Love that song!

Ya we had heard it before but we didn't know what the song was until we started dancing and so we were trying to figure it out. The singer was awful, so it was hard to decipher the song lol

Landan Pigg's "Falling in Love at a Coffee Shop." We met when we were both working at a coffee shop and we worked there for years through college. It seemed fitting.

Ours was "Lost in This Moment" by Big and Rich. My H really liked it and I had picked so many other things that I didn't mind it. But right before our wedding Emerson Drive's "Belongs to You" came out and I wish I would have changed it. I still tear up every time I hear that song!

We didn't have a wedding song since we were married alone on a beach - but if I had to pick a song that was "our song" it would probably be Moon River. Old School. Like waaaaaayyyyy old school LOL.

Love it! It's a great song and DH is a major rock guy so it was a good compromise

Our first dance song was " I want to spend my lifetime loving you" from the zorro soundtrack. I would say our song is Love Song redone by 311 although I'm partial to The Cures version. Don't know why we didn't have that one at our wedding.

I ADORE this song.  I get all watery-eyed and I remember our wedding every time I hear it.

Edit again: last dance was "The Way You Look Tonight" by Michael Buble.  DJ picked it, its a great Rhumba.  No better way to leave your wedding than rhumba'ing out the door! And this is super snooty, but we had a string quartet play our ceremony (because they were all friends of mine), and I walked to Pachelbel's Canon in D.
