Guys, don't worry, she's just going to go back to lurking and learning about us.
BUT IT'S NOT SUPPOSED TO BE CREEPY SO DON'T WORRY.
wtf I am doing what I was told to do to fit in and you guyz are still going after me. I pieced from the thread but I keep getting tagged back or talked about behind my back. Lurkerz going to lurk. What do you expect? It is the fing internet.
Nobody talked behind your back. You were over there lurking and could see everything going on. Not everyone is on here at once so you may get comments on your posts at any time. Like right now.
This is the first time DH has been out of town since we bought a house. I turned into a total baby last night when the wind was making the house creak, so I pulled all the blinds, left the lights on downstairs so it looked like someone was awake, and locked me and the baby in the master bedroom. I probably need to get over this before she grows up and discovers mom is crazy.
I got a scary looking and sounding dog...and a gun if the first doesn't work.
Finally caught up, just got off work at 3 am, boo.
I starting not flushing after the 18 times a night I'd get up to pee during pregnancy and rarely wash hands afterwards unless I'm about to pump or feed dd
DH is like OCD about food being left out and expiration dates. He won't even eat leftovers past a day old.
I've also never experimented with any drugs between my dad being a cop and living in BFE as a kid I wasn't even exposed to it until college. Now I get drug tested for work so I never will be able to try it.
crawford411 I'm starting to actually get mad that they still haven't revealed A, I mean how long can you drag this out. I MUST know!!
darwinfish, I appreciate the detail! My family and friends drive me berserk when they say things like, "My doctor put me on a new medication because I had some abnormalities on my labs." Come on, now. Also, high-five for microbiology! I'm a fan of the details about microbes and humans, but all that biological stuff in between - sea anemones and ferns and whatnot? Meh.
And happyin14 - a "pretend" degree in theater. Heh. Actually, I remember a conversation during my first semester of med school, when a bunch of us were discussing how we should have majored in theater, because it would have better prepared us for the enormous quantities of information we were expected to memorize! Because really, in the first two years, you basically have to memorize piles and piles and piles of notes, and you just have to have the discipline to sit and read things as many times as it takes to do that. It's not like you have to be a genius to get through medical school - just disciplined. That's really it. But I have actually wished I had majored in theater, and I wasn't the only one in my class!
The micro in my degree is really just because all the molbio and genetics work is done in micro - if we weren't good at micro, we couldn't manipulate genes.. My degree is very clinical in nature as I completed my PhD at a med school and took quite a few classes with the med students, and taught them their micro courses.
I had applied for dual programs, but decided not to pursue the MD because i was always more focused on the pathogen and the immune response instead of the patient. I figured I would have a terrible bedside manner. Botany is not one of my favorites either.
My rainbow arrived 10/15/14.
5 cycles of "TTC" - 3 intentional, 2 not so intentional. 5 BFPs.
