I slept in until 7 this morning. It was fucking glorious. I actually did some cleaning as soon as I woke up and now I fully intend on doing nothing but sit on my butt and watch tv until tonight, when my husband and I are going to see Wicked - this will be me on the drive there and home:

Yes! I can totally sing just like Idina when I'm alone in my car.
My shower rendition of "Popular" is second to none.
I don't have an opinion on it one way or the other. But not everybody here is from GKU...
Same. Don't care either way, but I know I don't post on the GKU grad thread because I was never really there. I was on TTGP a lot, but then bounced around so much I didn't land on GKU when we came over here.
I do think a HDBD would get ridiculous here, with as many people as there are. Up to everyone else whether thats a good thing.

I get hungry every hour. Then feel full after taking a few bites. Rinse and repeat all day. Seems too early for this! (21w)
this is how I was from like weeks 9-14! I'm just now back for more a normal meal schedule.
I spent maybe an hour cooking Indian food (butter chicken and saag paneer) last night. It smelled sooo good. Sat down and couldn't finish my plate! It's not fair! I'm glad to hear your appetite came back though
How much caffeine is in a cup of coffee? Like what you have?
Just wondering if I can still have a can of soda later and be under the 200mg lol
According to Google, there is 71 mg of caffeine in an average 6 oz cup of coffee. I am probably not even having that much. Google also says a typical can of soda has 29 mg of caffeine, so it sounds like you would be totally fine and way under.
. Oh yeah. Coffee came to the rescue this weekend for me. I actually broke out the French press at 7 pm because I couldn't wait for the morning. Fucked with my sleep schedule a bit, but so worth it!!

I just don't want to eat at all. I'm hungry but the minute I eat I'm just disgusted. I will probably live off of smoothies until this nausea goes away.. or if it ever goes away!
This is me right now. If I can consume it in liquid form then I'm fine. Solid food is so off putting until around 7pm.
I added a small cup of coffee in the mornings back into my life, and I'm so relieved that it tastes and smells good again, plus now I'm also pooping with regularity. I never thought there would be a day when pooping would make me so happy.
OMG! This is a brilliant idea!

I've been mixing caffeinated with decaf- quarter caff to half caff- since before my bfp (my coffee consumption was a bit out of control). It seems to be enough to get things going, and I get to have a nice big cup of coffee. Plus, dairy has been pretty effective in this department for me lately as well.

Thanks, love!
Guess I could have googled that myself.
<---lazy
I've just added "make a chart of caffeine in typical food and drinks" to my list of things to do for the site

risscaboobs If the cold water worked for you last night then something ice cold with a high sugar content like juice or ice cream would probably work even better.
Plus then you get to eat ice cream for medical science purposes.
ETA: I know this topic was from a different thread, just thought I'd mention it!
I tried it last night to no avail. If I must eat ice cream......

I'm just gonna be a complete and total AW for a second (and I realize anyone who knows me is like...what's new??)...my Mom and I finished the Nursery walls last night (it's been "our" special project - and DH has been happy to let us play), and I'm so freaking happy with how it turned out. I can't wait to have the crib and dresser and start decorating!!
Here is our masterpiece (a panoramic photo, which is why it looks kind of warped)...

I"m procrastinating cleaning up the kitchen and my bathroom. I'm both bored but also feeling unproductive. The master bath and bedroom are pretty clean and all the laundry is put away. At least I did something?

I'm watching my dog on the "doggy day care" camera....he's literally just standing there staring at all the other dogs playing and enjoying themselves. Money well spent.
