My sleep deprived child fell asleep at 430 in his rock n play and is still sleeping 2+ hours later and it's normally his bedtime now.. Do I just treat any wakeups as MOTN? Is he going to be up at 430 am? I cant let him sleep in the rnp all night because he can rollover so Ill have to transfer him at some point.. I wish I could have a drink but I have no idea when hes going to wake up and eat!

I a lot of people will disagree with me, but when my kids do that I scoop them up and put them to bed. Then next time they woke I would change them into a sleeper, clean diaper feed them, and back to bed. Most people wouldn't risk waking a sleeping baby, but I have always done that. I try and keep the same schedule because if he is going into a growth spurt, some babies will need more sleep anyways. I wouldn't worry about him waking early.

babycfeb2015 if you can treat it like MOTN I would. DS has pulled this trick a few times a we ended up with him awake for a couple hours before he crashed out. I don't know how it affected morning awake time because he's really variable about actually falling asleep and when he gets up (I don't have the heart to sleep train yet).

Just water for me. DS is deep in the throes of sleep regression and I'm a lightweight now. I feel drunk from the lack of sleep. But I have found some tasty non alcoholic beers to make me feel better. And we have no wine, otherwise I would drink a small glass.

Question: Do any of you know if Trader Joes sells wine? If so can you recommend a few to me? I have a $25 gift card there and I'd rather spend it on wine not food. I'm a sweet white wine kind of girl.

But that's the opposite of what I like - dry reds. Boo! But I couldn't recommend any from TJ since it's been a while since I've been there. Also I mostly like wines from NC, and I don't know if they carry any.

Well this was helpful.
Lol. Love it, I'm open to try new wines just so I can try to drink "adult" wines as my mom calls them,.

I seem to remember that you're from NC, is that right? Do you mind me abound what general area? I could probably recommend some wineries.

Not me but DH is and we visit a lot. The Fayetteville/Cary/Lumberton area. We pass a sign all the time on the way there for a vineyard but we never stop.

Darn, I was hoping you were going to say Charlotte or Winston-Salem, haha.
Definitely stop at that winery!
In the meantime, if you're wanting to try new wines I'd say start with a riesling, since it's still on the sweet side. For reds, maybe a merlot because it tends to be more fruity. With that said, sticking with what you like is good too! I have red wine with chicken all the time!

I'm gonna talk DH into stopping one day.
We try to visit Charlotte once a year to catch a Panthers game. Go Cam Newton and of course the whole team. Lol.
AppropriateChocolate, yes, TJs definitely sells wine, it's basically the only place I buy it. But I'm also in CA where you can buy wine literally anywhere.
I'm a red kinda gal, but I agree with the suggestion for Riesling. As far as wineries that TJs carries, I love everything I've had from Black Mountain and I'm fairly certain they have a white variety (can't remember if it's a pinot grigio or sauvignion blanc) so I'd check that out if you can find it. Or just go into TJs and ask for the wine expert (I've found that most of the stores have at least one) and ask for a recommendation. I've never been steered wrong there and have often found a new fave based on a recommendation from my "wine guy".
