Can't. Too hot. Will faint. Plus the panel is starting to get too tight and cut off blood circulation to my belly.
Skirts are out too, since my thighs are now chafing like a MF. And the spanx/body glide/deodorant do not work.
Can't I just not go outside in public rest of the summer?
DH ate the last of the ice cream and cookies and my Reese's cups I had in the freezer yesterday. Will murder.
Re: chafing, have you tried Lanacane? They make anti-chafing gel and it feels like silk when you walk. Needs to be reapplied throughout the day, but it makes such a difference!
DH coming up with reasons why I'm "so tired all the time". Umm..hello, Genius. Maybe it's because I'm growing a human being? Also, I'm getting real tired of DD running away from me when I try and change her diapers or clothes. Pre-pregnancy I would chase and catch her, but forget that noise now.
ok I'm partially glad my H is not the only one who does this. When morning sickness was more constant for me in 1st tri, he had to keep saying "maybe we ate something bad." or something else as genius. He got a repeated side eye/ stink eye from me as I said.. or maybe it is because "I'm PREG-NANT!" It was like he was trying to down play how I was feeling & it just irked me big time.

Is it like the monistat one?
I haven't tried the Monistat one. The online description says it's a powder-gel. Not sure what that means exactly, the Lanacane one is more like a thick gel.

Today, I'm irrationally annoyed by my MIL. She wants to get family pictures done, but BIL will be travelling for 6 months starting in October, so she wants to do them before he leaves. Fine, cool, whatever.
Except, Monday night she asked us if this Wednesday was good. I have no rational reason to be annoyed by the short notice. I should appreciate that we're doing this now while my belly is still little and cute. But I'm way annoyed by the whole thing.
I'm late to the party (blame it on the time zones ) but.... people (yes MIL I mean you!) trying to touch my belly, event though I'm net even 9 weeks yet, and there is nothing to feel!
I am very particular about my private space, and this might become an issue later on. I am already trying to think of ways to tell people not to touch me without being offensive. Since when does pregnancy make you public property in any case?
Whenever people did this to me early on I'd say something like "yep, that's my Egg McMuffin baby," or "that's poop." Usually the first and last time they touched my belly.
You made my day, I literally just laughed out loud

I love the monistat one. I'm wearing a dress today, so I just put it on! Very smooth and keeps me from chaffing all day

I don't like the body glide like products. I actually wear under armor compression shorts under any dress or skirt. They prevent the chub rub and provide some nice belly support at this point.

I love my flowy comfy dresses, but I do not like the feeling of belly against upper thigh when I sit. Especially if I am sweaty at all. I may need to get some shorts for under.
MH CONSTANTLY asking how I'm feeling. I get that you're concerned and I appreciate it, I do, but it's getting annoying AF.
Mine is similar except it's my aunt. She would call every morning and ask if I had thrown up or when I normally do and all this crap. Just let me be miserable in peace thank you.

I've got the opposite going on here- every time I'm tired, he's like "you're pregnant, you should rest." When it's really because we stayed up too late (yet again).
I swear to god I'm going to hurt my husband. FUCKING ADHD. He was acting like a gdamn child this morning and it sent me to tears. Like I get it if it's a kid acting that way...he's an adult and can communicate normally. I'm already fucking stressed from work shit and he's just piling on.
