Well this all really confused my plans to drink all the beer tonight.
I wouldn't drink "all the beer", but I think one or two would be ok. If you do happen to be pregnant, it would still be a teeny little thing, in it's own little world. No placenta for a bit longer, so it's not as though it would be sharing your drink (so to speak).
I might get flamed for this, because no alcohol is the ideal. However....it took my husband and I nearly two years of trying before we got a BFP. So I can understand having a drink when you think it's unlikely that you're actually pregnant. I know I had the occasional drink while we were trying, and had a beer between our kid being conceived and the BFP.

Omg so Stoney's anti beer during tww stance made me look it up. Apparently alcohol can affect implantation. Although plenty of people have babies with plenty of alcohol before their BFP.

I always drank during my tww. With my first, in particular, I had gotten a neg so then went out and drank a LOT, then got a bfp the next day. Of course that doesn't mean it's a good idea or right for anyone else

I'm pulling for you too stringy!!
I don't remember what stoney said but this. It may or may not hurt. But it won't help.
And I had an epiphany in the shower this morning. My positive OPK came 3 days early this month. My guess is it didn't lead to ovulation (though I had it 2 days in a row) for whatever reason. So my period will likely arrive right on time tomorrow from when I normally ovulated. My charts all kinda weird so it doesn't help much.
Can you show us your chart Stringy? My cycles were always wonky with a positive OPK then no temp rise until two days later. I think I always jumped the gun and missed the day of ovulation.

Just to clarify, I couldn't care less if other people are of the "drink till it's pink" variety. I'm just a super nervous Nelly when TTC, so I don't personally.

Oh, sorry if I made it sound that way, I didn't mean to.
Oh, but I tend to drink more each month as time goes by, but the last couple times I got KU it was the month I cut alcohol and switched to decaf. Also anecdote, but I think my body agrees with your ways.

With S I was shitfaced the week before I tested but had cut most alcohol and all other substances for a few months prior and had gotten bfns that way. Also anecdote.
You may not care - but I was just lurking on here on TTGP (chart stalking, yo) - and some of them have been warned on TB for using their siggys to advertise over here. The CD board may still be below the radar - but just a heads up.
Now gif.
Stuck in box
Nope not below the radar. I just got wanted by bump Tara. I can't decide if I should reply a snArky FU,or take it down to keep directing anyone here. Of course I could do the snark F U and create another account if I still wanted to direct noobs.
