Am making Bolognese over penne for dinner. New recipe, so it could go either way.

It turned out really well! I added oregano and garlic powder/salt and let it simmer for a while. I also substituted 4 teaspoons dried parsley because that's what I had. We usually go out to eat with my ILs, SIL1, SIL2 and family on Friday nights. It's always some level of disaster but with when DS napped last it will be extra special tonight. I'd rather cook.
