I will totally vote for you. I think you need make that FULL PAID maternity leave. Not this "use all your sick, vacation and short term disability" crap.

Also a yearly grocery/gas stipend per household to help combat those rising cost. It would be based on actually need. I was a bankruptcy paralegal for 7 years and I've seen families that make $200,000 plus a year struggle to put food on the table and not because of money mismanagement but a huge family,expensive medical debt etc.

I slept on the couch because O was not sleeping well and I didn't want to wake him by going into our room. MH is also sleeping in there yet, I'm the one who heard him wake up, changed him, fed him, and put him back to bed. Guess what buddy? When O gets up at 5 your ass is waking up.

You know what's sad? In my above post I wrote "fed him a bottle" and deleted the "a bottle" part because I'm still ashamed I couldn't make breastfeeding work and didn't want to be judged. Too heavy for 3am thoughts...

Jakes at daycare and ive taken a day off as promised (badw0lf sorry tspatalk won't let me tag your new sn?!). Best idea ever! We had to move house when jake was 10 weeks old and sick, so in all this time ive never been able to put things in order. Todays the day!!!

FFFC...I do this every Friday except that I'm a teacher and don't teach in the summer. O goes to the babysitter and loves being around the other little boy there (he's 11 months) and I do whatever I need to whether it's sleep, run errands, clean, or binge Netflix.

So last night I went out for girls night. It was fabulous. Fabulous I say. There were 5 of us all moms. I was out for 3 whole hours. H had to take care of bed time and even gave her a bath. He is always so happy to let me do that kind of stuff, but then he acts all pathetic when I get home. Ugh. It's one part solo parenting and one part he doesn't like being home alone.

It was so nice. It is one of those times when I got in the car, looked at my phone for the first time and it was 3hrs later
