Sounds like my water. I use a half cap of Calgon and a full cap of Biokleen detergent. I also have to make sure all my dipes are super super rinsed before adding detergent.
Thanks nana, I remembered someone used Biokleen detergent! Do you use main stream detergent for regular laundry?

I have a Samsung tl and I do a normal cycle but on heavy soil. The heavy soil makes it agitate longer. Mine uses not much water to wash but a loooot of water to rinse.

I just did a hot water strip yesterday, so I am going to try the normal cycle on heavy soil on tomorrows wash.
That is a very pretty machine with a horrible manual. My quick thoughts is that that's high capacity, so I could see that it would be adding too much water (although unusual with a FL). So I would try using a regular cycle. Also, you are using HE Tide, right?
