Thanks for checking in, ladies. I admit, I've kind of been avoiding the forum for the moment. I am in a funk, and have tried to mentally distance myself from the whole pregnancy/non-pregnancy situation.
I got my first beta level back today, and expect more results tomorrow. First draw (7/2) was 6,781.
league2b3 Do you have an appt to actually go in and see them again, or are they waiting for the second beta numbers before making any decisions? Make sure they take all your concerns seriously. Again, I'm so sorry you're going through this.

I have an appointment for an ultrasound on Thursday, but my doctor said in the email with my results that we would see what today's results are and will go from there.
I'm so afraid of it being ectopic. I'm so nervous for the ultrasound. I've never had a good one.

I'm so sorry you're going through this, league2b3. I can understand how scared and anxious you must feel. We're all here for you and thinking of you.
league2b3 sorry your betas aren't rising as expected. Did they schedule another ultrasound?
I go Thursday afternoon.
I'm grateful for all of your support. I just don't have much hope that I'll be here much longer. I know there IS hope, I just don't know how much. I don't know if I can put myself through this again.

I had a MC in February, but I started bleeding. They never checked my betas. Just did an ultrasound and saw there was not even a hint of a baby in there (it was a blighted ovum). So, I'm no help.
Has anyone ever heard of a situation such as this ending positively?
I've heard of slow-rising betas still ending in a positive outcome, but that's usually earlier on in a pregnancy, like 5ish weeks. I'm sorry I'm not much help and that you're going through this torture.
