I have another symptom I realized today. I have the Fitbit charge HR, and since I got KU my resting heart rate is faster and it doesn't take as long for it to get up when active.
Total loss of appetite and waves of nausea kicked in a couple days ago at the 6 week mark. It's much less tolerable now that I have to entertain a toddler rather than crash on the couch at night!
I couldn't find the proper dosage of B6 at Target so I picked up SeaBands instead out of sheer desperation. I didn't expect them to do a damn thing, but I felt a lot better for the rest of the day. I actually ate an adult sized supper! Coincidence, placebo, a flippin miracle?! They look like lavendar wrist sweatbands from the 80's but I don't even care.

As soon as I got my bfp I went a bought me another set because I lost mine from last time. They aren't 100% effective but take the edge off the nausea.
Major nausea hit this morning and neither of my breakfasts stayed down :/ also crazy acne, starving all the time, and so freaking tired all the time. I'm ready for 2nd tri to get here!
How are you ladies getting anything done around the house?? I'm wiped out every damn day. When DD naps, I nap and in the evening I have zero energy to do anything. I'm still dealing with nausea in and off so I'm trying not to overdo it. Dishes are overflowing in the sink and laundry has been in the dryer since yesterday. We just got back from a funeral (DH's uncle) and I ended up chasing DD around while the service was going on, which is fine. I'm just soooooo tired!!! My in laws are coming over Wednesday because FIL is doing some work on our house and MIL told me she will entertain DD so I can get things done so I guess I'll catch up then and probably be super exhausted by noon
Anyone have good remedies for cramps? I never got regular periods so haven't dealt with them as often as normal. My OB kit says "apply warm heat or take Tylenol," but of course Dr. Google says I'll hurt the baby if I use a heating pad (which I already have, twice. On low for about 20-30 min each time). And I also read a study about using Tylenol more than 28 days during pregnancy was linked to ADHD and something else in one study - so now I'm freaked about Tylenol.
TL;DR: Anyone have remedies for these first tri cramps aside from Tylenol or heat?

Yoga? It's a muscle that's rarely used stretching. So if you don't do Tylenol or heating pad, swimming or yoga would be my next guess. Period cramps were only solved with the heat pack or exercise for me.

You could also try a hot water bottle, they dont get as hot as heating pads. Stretching helps too but just dont push it. Yoga seems to help mine.

Boobs hurt, and they kiiilll me at night/early in the morning. I've been sleeping a lot better, which has been wonderful. Peeing a lot (I have an internal debate throughout the night- our bathroom is far away and I rarely want to sacrifice good sleep to get up and not fall back asleep..doesn't always work though). Nausea is tolerable as long as I stay ahead of it and eat.
Anyone know any exercises or stretches for hip flexors/lower back pain? It hurts when I stand for too long, and I think it's because my pelvis is tilting weirdly now if I'm not conscious of standing correctly. Probably more to do with lack of exercise lately than pregnancy related.

I've been feeling ok lately. Mostly anyways. I'm staying ahead of the nausea by nibbling a lot. Friday evening I was really gross an ended up throwing up. So long as I dont let myself get hungry, or dont overeat, I'm ok. Its a very fine line I'm treading. DH makes fun of all the snacks I pack for work.

Speaking of eating, gotta go now!
DH made fun of me yesterday due to all the snacks I brought home from the grocery store. Whatever dude, you try feeling like you could eat everything in sight from the time you wake up until at least 3pm. At least I bought healthy snacks instead of my carb fest from last week.
I ate a donut because carbs and sugar and deliciousness but I still want to go to bed and sleep for like 3 hours
I had 2.5 donuts this morning. Not even sorry.
No shame. I had a toaster strudel when I woke up, then waffles an hour later. We stayed at my mom's last night and she keeps food in her house that I intentionally try to keep out of ours, SO I MUST EAT IT ALL NOW.
I'd even still consider going to iHop for their 57 cent pancakes, but everyone is working and I feel lame going by myself.

I broke my "haven't thrown up yet" streak this morning. opened the fridge to grab a pear and bam. Not even sure what I might have seen or smelled that triggered it, it was so fast. Thankfully the kitchen sink was empty and I hadn't actually eaten anything yet.
Yesterday I brought a box of cheerios in to work and I think I ate half the box this morning, just dry handfulls. Two of my direct reports are observing Ramadan and here I am stuffing my face all freaking day.
Other than perpetual hunger induced nausea and weird food aversions I'm just tired with sore boobs. Oh! And spice is apparently way spicier. I've had three things in the past few days that are normally a spice level I can handle/enjoy and after one bite my mouth is on fire
Can anyone suggest some healthy easy snack ideas? String cheese or a few grapes isn't doing it for me and I'm tired of raiding the candy machine. I just got pop tarts. A package has 400 calories. I'm going to be 100 pounds heavier if I keep this up!! I need to eat every two hours and feel somewhat full or I feel like crap.
I've been eating a good deal of dried apricots, which are pretty filling. I'm sure other dried fruits may have the same desired outcome if you aren't into apricots.
Bananas, apples, peaches, pears, individual portions of veggie trays (mine have broccoli, carrots, tomatoes & ranch dip and are less than 200 calories), yogurt, almonds or other nuts.
ETA: The veggie trays I mentioned are prepackaged in my grocery store's produce section and aren't too pricey. I also thought of those protein snack packs in the lunch meat section that include meat cubes, cheese & almonds for a quick grab and go. Just heat up the meat cubes if you're concerned about that.

I just ate half a basket of farmers strawberries.....so delicious!
I suggest fruits, veggies and dip maybe? I eat cheese and crackers too.

I feel like my main symptom (nausea) has gone away over the past few days. The last time I remember feeling icky was on the 4th. I know it comes and goes, and maybe I'm just getting better at staying ahead of the nausea, but PgAL brain has me worried.

I was getting concerned about my lack of vegetable eating, so I made a batch of my favorite sweet potato salad, and divided it into individual servings so I can just grab one out of the fridge.

My fridge smells and I can't stand opening it but I can't clean it because I can't open it
