DS woke at 5 because he had to go potty and now won't go back to sleep. DH is trying to get him back down but failing.
I've got bootcamp this morning. Then DH has to work all day and probably well into this evening. I'm dropping the kids off at noon and then getting my haircut (from below the shoulders to pixie if I don't chicken out)
So jealous of the haircut! Pip or it didn't happen

I'm drinking coffee watching my husband and big kids through the window. He's clearing the snow, they're playing, I'm snuggling the newb. Good stuff. Toddler just removed his mittens so he will be in crying about the cold pretty soon. And it looks like it's already turning to rain/sleet. Enjoying it while I can.

I'm laying in a hotel bed waiting for DH to wake up. We went out for drinks last night and ended up crashing one city over.
I found out yesterday that starting Monday I am now responsible for not only my full time school psychologist position at the high school, but I need to cover one of the middle schools until June. It is so fucking convoluted. I'm a little stressed. And I woke up with a great big cold sore. Great
My end pieces are far far far better than the beginning. We made it on very grainy bread. Would not recommend. But it's edible?
My toddler grabbed my latest French toast attempt and threw it in the trash. It happened so fast I was blindsided
I'm so sorry. I definitely laughed tho. Come over. I shall feed your LO grainy French toast and you can feel vindicated as he throws mine too lol. DD is eating sausage. And has only taken a few bites. My kid eats everything so that should tell you something
Morning all. Haven't read all yet, but just sitting here watching Sesame Street with DD. I was up all night with a throbbing knee and insomnia from the cortisone shot yesterday. Luckily DD slept until 8 which is seriously the first time in 17 months!

DH is vehement that Reese doesn't need a toy box. He has his old....albeit UGLY childhood toy box--that looks 30 years old, that he wants her to use. Problem is ALL of his childhood toys are STILL in it. Anytime I bring it up, he goes well she could use mine.
UGH. I found a super cute, no assembly one on Pottery Barn Kids---if only she had a gift card there. She has tons of gift cards to Toys R Us, but I didn't see any that I liked.
Her favorite toys are plastic little figures/action figures etc---so we HAVE so many of them. She has a basket that she keeps them in but it isn't big and it is overflowing.
My kids went upstairs to play with daddy while I clean up after breakfast. Then I heard the shower go on. It would be rude to turn on the sink and mess up his shower, guess I have to sit, by myself!, and pro board

I just did 20 min. on the elliptical without dying! First time I've done exercise other than walking since DS was born. And of course he wakes up from his nap as soon as I sit down. Whatever, I feel accomplished despite not being able to feel my legs.
I used to be the cool wife that went to strip clubs with DH (me, him and a bunch of our lesbian friends). Never been to one that allowed touching, definitely no nip sucking! That would be awkward! I'm pretty sure they always left tiny g strings on in our state.
