I haven't had anything yet. I'm a super cheap drunk, so even if I went by the "if you're sober enough to drive, you're sober enough to breastfeed" I still wouldn't feel right.
When I finally get my first drink, it will be a white wine sangria, or maybe a frozen peach bellini. Yum.
DD will be 6 weeks tomorrow and I haven't drank yet...I haven't drank yet because I'm telling you right now, it's been over a year since I drank and when I drink again for the first time, I'm drinking to get DRUNK, & therefore, I need to be kid free. lol
But usually when I drink, it's liquor (Vodka) and I prefer fruity drinks. I don't drink Wine or Beer at all.
ive been having a glass of red wine almost every night after the kids go to bed. rabbit ridge pinot noir from trader joes. had a white wine hibiscus sangria the other night. delicious. im mostly staying away from hard alcohol while breastfeeding. it effects me more then wine/beer.
I had a small glass of sparkling wine a week ago that was nice but I have zero tolerance anymore and LO is too unpredictable in her nursing to have more than that.
Ive had a couple of glasses of sangria here and there- we always have it at our family parties. Nothing other than that, but a margarita sounds really good.

My taste buds have changed since having a baby, because I've been enjoying a beer here and there, and I used to be only a wine girl.
Last weekend I had white wine at dinner and mojitos afterwards, it was the best! I've been making margaritas here and there as well. Summer drinks are the BEST
When I got home from the hospital, I bought a bottle of moscato. I just finished it, almost 6 weeks later. I used to finish one in 2 days. If I have more than 3 sips at a time, I start to feel lightheaded and that makes me nervous with LO around. My BFF and I are bridesmaids in an out-of-state wedding in Sept, so that's going to be my first real night to drink with no childcare obligations for 24+ hours. Excited!
I've had a couple different beers. That's really all I want right now. DS just turned 2 this month so the last 2.5 years I've pretty much been down to a minimum on how much I've been drinking so if I want something I want it to be a good beer! I am excited to start trying more kinds that I've been missing out a lot on lately, especially a lot of local breweries that have been popping up and we've been discovering in the last couple years!

If it makes it any better, I did not buy it. Someone left it at our house after a party. I was easing myself back into alcohol.

I haven't had any alcohol yet and baby is 7 weeks now. I'm going to my parents on Saturday for a pool party so I may have a beer. But idk. It makes me nervous since I'm feeding on demand and have not tried to pump yet.

I don't worry about it. T is 7 weeks tomorrow, and I haven't pumped yet. Sometimes, I even sip a little while he nurses. Just nibble on a snack so your stomach isn't empty.

No booze yet. We have a couple of hard apple ciders in the fridge so they will probably be my first drinks. A Bellini or bulldog sounds really appealing though!
billyhorrible, passion fruit and coconut sounds fantastic with or without rum!

I have had a handful of cocktails at restaurants while DH was on paternity leave. I'm allergic to beer and wine and usually gravitate towards fruity vodka drinks. I bought some cherry limeade and mixed it with vodka, I love cherry lime rickeys. I need to start pumping so I can have more than one drink at a time! Fortunately I was a lush before kids and have quite the alcohol tolerance, so one drink, with food, doesn't affect me much.
