DS pooped 3 times before I could get out the door to daycare, basically every time I set him in his carseat. This was all in a 15 minute timeframe I was afraid it would never stop. How can someone so tiny produce so much poo???
You're reading my mind today weeklyplanner! quietjoy can I get a Readers Digest version of the Larry thread? It's basically Chinese to me.
It's pretty much just a general One Direction fan thread. We are all there though for the rumored relationship between Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson. (Combining of their names is Larry Stylinson.) Back on TB, HeadBtchinCharge had written up their love story complete with gifs, pics, and videos. It was fantastic. Hopefully they will be reposted sometime soon.
Quick H vent. We have a child that requires constant entertainment. I'm talking we "activities" last 10 minutes tops on a good day. When he's home, I tap him in and hand her off so I can zone out and drink a cup of coffee all the way through without reheating it and all the other simple pleasures he enjoys while at work. After about 5 minutes he freaks out because he doesn't know what she wants and somehow he always manages to hand her off to me before I know what's happening! I don't know what she wants either! You dance around like a monkey for once and figure it out. I'm hiding out in the bathroom while I "poop".
My kid is usually happy and chill in the mornings. (The rest of the day is a different story...) but today she woke up already demanding. She is only happy when she's yelling at a toy that I have to hold over her head and squeak. Doesn't she realize that I have to catch up on the internet?

I purposely don't shower until DH comes home so I can hand off DS and take as loooong as I want. He can't say no or he'll feel responsible for his wife not showering regularly

I am really excited...H has tomorrow off of work, which means that he takes care of all night wake ups. I did the same for him when I had three days off last week. I can't wait!

Someone talk me down (or into, i guess?) having a streak of pink put into my hair? I'm feeling rebellious today, which I'm hoping means my PPD is easing, and it sounds fun. But dudes, I'm 30. I feel like this kind of thing is reserved for 20 year olds, even though I've known older women who have colored their hair fun colors.

Who cares what people think! You do you and be beautiful. You could alway just get a clip in color streak for when you want to spice up your life.

My philosophy is that it's just hair. If you want to, go for it. I know plenty of people who aren't 20 who do stuff like that. When I was in London in high school I almost dyed my hair blue but didn't have enough local currency converted. I always have regretted that. Then again, now that my hair is all falling out anyway it might be the perfect time to do something crazy with it. I wonder what my 14 yo would think if her 35 yo mom dyed her hair a wild color.

OMFG!!! Remember that post earlier where I thought I was winning today. It's over. My dogs won't stop barking to the point where I seriously wish they would run away. Baby was awake for 3 hours and finally crashes on the boob....right before dogs starter barking. My one dog has been out like 6 times today and he just fucking stands there and now he's suddenly having a potty emergency while I'm trapped under a sleeping baby.
DH and I challenged ourselves to no alcohol untold Valentine's Day. I want all the wine tonight and I can't have it.
weeklyplanner I understand about the dogs. I have two and they bark every time the wind blows.....so annoying. And they always want to go out at the most inconvenient times. It makes me want to pull my hair out.
Speaking of hair.....I haven't had my hair done since June. My hairdresser texts me every two or three weeks asking if I'm ok. I'm just growing it out. Honestly, I probably wouldn't do the pink thing in my hair bc of my work environment but if that's not an issue than go for it.

DO IT! Have fun with it. I've known many people who have put a streak of color in their hair or dyed it all.
