I'm definitely planning on make more of an effort to be active; I've been exhausted for the past week and have been super lazy so I need to deal with that before it becomes a habit.
I plan to go for a few short walks around our office property during the day and a longer walk after dinner.
DS: Born 8/2/12 at 31 Weeks due to unexplained PTL -------------- ISO a new baby to wear since 10/13 - DX: MFI IVF w/ ICSI - July '15: 13R, 13F, 1T - 6 Frosties - BFP - It split, It's Twins!
Mostly right now I want to concentrate on going for more walks around my neighborhood with DH, and do squats. I really should up my fruit and veggie intake.
I just need to cut out the junk food. I'm still running and lifting regularly, plus I eat tons of healthy food. I'd love to be as healthy and active as I was with C's pregnancy, but I've been indulging my sweet tooth too often since he was born. Which was funny, since I never really had cravings while pregnant. I need to figure out where I hid my will power.

I'm going to try to walk every day that I don't work, 12 hours running around the Med/Surg unit is enough exercise on those days. My OB suggested I pick up Clean Eating magazine and try to follow the meal plans in there. So I guess that's my plan so far.

Save me a seat in here, I just need to finish this pie first... I have a few prenatal workout DVDs (which are packed and on their way to our new home already) and I'm usually a pretty healthy eater (when MH isn't buying pie at the grocery store every week). I want to exercise and work out but PGAL brain and this move are definitely hampering my efforts. Walking sounds like a doable plan and my fitbit should help me track. FX I can commit and stick to it.
Been moving back towards eating clean and organic for a few months, time to get into gear. Joined a running team which starts this Sat through Oct - yikes. But I've had a few runs under my belt already at least. Oh well!
I JUST got back to my pre-baby weight with DS2. I gained 35-40 lbs with him and it was hard to get it all off. I worked out with him, but due to me being high-risk, I had to take it easy. I started dilating at 33w and was ordered to stop all exercise, so that's when the weight piled on!
I'm going to play this one by ear. I will work out as much and as hard as I can without overdoing it. I'm currently finishing up T25 and will continue to do those videos throughout the 1st trimester.
As far as food, I eat too much crap and not enough fruits and veggies. I am trying to do better, but we'll see once the nausea kicks in. All I wanted 1st tri with my boys was processed cheese.

I was doing Insanity and I guess I could modify and take it down to a much lower level. I'm just too nervous to do too much of those crazy moves or overheat. How do you like T25?
I had Zumba Monday night and found that I was winded quickly. I'll notice I feel a little winded after walking up my stairs too. Is it too early for that? Maybe I need to do more cardio...

I have definitelynoticed this as well! At my last appointment with my RE the nurse asked how I was feeling and I mentioned it to her and she told me that progesterone causes pregnant women to breathe faster so most pregnant women will begin to experience this quite early on, because our progesterone is rising, however women who are supplementing progesterone may notice it more and even earlier.
I can't recall if you are on progesterone right now too but hopefully that helps.

Interesting! Yes I am on Prometrium 200mg (pill). I had to start taking it at 1DPO and continue it through week 14.

I LOVE T25! It's so short, and it's an awesome workout. There's a modifier (Tonya!), which is nice. I highly recommend it!
I am meeting with my trainers at the gym tomorrow to set up my pregnancy routine. I know I could continue my current routine, but man if I could get out of some of the weights, heck yes sign me up. I plan to continue Zumba 2-3 times a week as well. My Zumba instructor zumba'd her way through labour and that amazes me.
I also have a nutritionist friend that I've been working with in my weight loss journey and she's tailoring up a meal plan to suit me better now that I'm expecting.
I gained a butt load with DS. And I had a lot of issues because of that and being plus sized already. i don't want to go through that again. Active pregnancy FTW!
