With DD I had zero symptoms. This time I feel like I'm getting my ass handed to me, sore boobs, sore belly, itchy skin, nausea, exhaustion and of course a 2.5 year old to keep up with!
I remembering cramping way more the first time around. Now they are sporadic, which I can't really complain about.
I'm equally tired, it's just that I'm much more accustomed to being exhausted this time around. I imagine the later months will be much harder though, as @aest pointed out, chasing around a toddler instead of taking spontaneous naps.

I tried to get DD to nap with me today and she was like... Umm lets do puzzles.
DS: Born 8/2/12 at 31 Weeks due to unexplained PTL -------------- ISO a new baby to wear since 10/13 - DX: MFI IVF w/ ICSI - July '15: 13R, 13F, 1T - 6 Frosties - BFP - It split, It's Twins!
I am so much more exhausted. I am currently working from home and take care of DS. I'll be done with my job come October, so I hope I can get some energy back then.
I was so sick the first time, but can't remember when it started. I feel pretty good so far, but I keep waiting for the awful nausea to be more consistent because I'm just getting it randomly now.
So far I'm not as tired as the first time around. I just remember sleeping most of the day with DS. The food aversions are different this time. I worked in a restaurant last time and couldn't be around seafood or eggs my entire pregnancy. This time eggs help settle my stomach and peanut butter is making me chuck, which sucks when Mr3 will only eat PBJ for breakfast. The time I'm sick is also different. I'm more aware of aches and pains this time, but then again I didn't find out with the first until I was 11weeks, and happily oblivious.

We are complete and total opposites, I want all the peanut butter and eggs are making me pukey. I'm having peanut butter and crackers right now.
I feel pretty much the same. I am tired and crampy. I am also super gassy. I haven't had any nausea yet but it is still early so I am just waiting for it. Last time I had HG and was sick the whole damn pregnancy.
Side note: we are on vacation and I took a 3 hour nap while my son slept today. It was glorious!
Nothing is different yet except the spotting this early. Go away, spotting! You're too scary! Like I've said in a previous post, with my two boys, I started getting all-day nausea at 6w on the dot, so I've got about 5-6 days left (if that is the case).
The back pain! I never had this last time around, not even in 3rd tri. I didn't sleep at all last night because my lower back hurts so bad. Please tell me this is normal and will go away soon?

Nausea in waves and the burps and meat aversions are my biggies. I didn't have those at all last time so it's really throwing me, especially this early in the game. I have visions of barf bags in my future and it doesn't excite me.
Is anybody else super bloated? Shorts that fit me last weekend are barely doing up today.
I'm fine in the morning after I run, but forget it by the evening. I had abs this morning; I'm wearing a jersey dress and easily look 4 months pregnant.

I didn't have many symptoms with number one. Strong aversion to chicken in any form was about it. I ended up getting poison ivy and it spread EVERYWHERE so I think that counteracted all other symptoms. HAHA.
So far with this one I've had a little bit of queasyness but no real morning sickness to speak of yet. Totally bloated. And the dreams. My god, the dreams have taken over. So crazy! I think my boobs have grown a little since my bra isn't fitting quite perfectly anymore. Boo.
ETA: Exhaustion and forgetfulness is about the same lol. Oh, and I haven't been burping nearly as much this time yet.
It's still really early, so I don't think I've noticed any symptoms yet. A bit of acne that I don't know if I can really blame on pregnancy,
Maybe some weird feelings that are hard to explain... I think it's just my mind stressing me out... but I hate to admit it's been harder to be as excited this time...maybe that will come soon...?

To be honest, I forget I'm pregnant most of the time. I was SUPER conscious of it the first time, so I'd probably say I was more excited from the start last time, too.

I was also hyper aware of every symptom, I pretty much felt pregnant the day after I tested with bloating, cramps, nausea, fatigue etc etc and then after 1 month of being nauseous all I wanted to do was eat everything that ever existed.
Now the only feeling I have is that I am a giant circle of bloat. I have the same problem with shorts that fit last weekend. I feel so huge.
