I have oversupply...and its pretty uncomfortable. Any suggestions?
I was pumping every 2 hours and when I checked I was making 50-52oz/day and feeding LO about 25oz. Last week I cut down to pumping every 3 hours. The amount I'm making has not decreased at all. Now I'm just engorged all the time. How can I decrease my supply a little? Cut out another pump or two?
Edit to add I am EPing
One thing you can do is pay attention to the volume you are pumping and stop when you've pumped the quantity you need/want even if you have only been pumping a few minutes.
When I was BF to reduce my supply I would nurse only one side and then do the same side the next feeding. I would switch to the other side the next two feedings. Perhaps you could do the same with pumping?

Yes with eping you probably wouldn't go to one sided pumping or block pumping like you'd do if nursing. But to wean down Amt you'd drop pumps or pump less often or pump for less amt of minutes for less volume of oz.
So if you usually pump for 20 min begin to stop sooner at 18-19 minutes (if engorgement is bad) or 15 minutes instead if 20 if you can handle it. Or if you usually pump 5 oz start to stop at 4 or 4.5 oz. Leaving residual milk within the breast should signal lower production
