I would probably get a boob lift and a tummy tuck of I could afford it- which I can't Lol! I've always liked the size of my boobs but after these kiddos they are definitely sagging!
I think, after this baby, if I was able to get into the shape I'd like to be in and still had extra skin hanging around I would like to have it removed. That's in theory, at least. In reality I'd probably rather spend the money on vacation or some other splurge because at the end of the day I don't think it would bother me enough to go through with it.

I totally agree with your last sentence. Bigger boobs or a flatter stomach would be great, but I'm not sure it would ever bother me enough to spend the money. DH isn't complaining

I had a boob job and lipo on my thighs right after I graduated from college. My boobs were AMAZING until I bf 2 kids for a total of about 3 yrs. Now they're a bit saggy. I looked into getting a lift sometime in the future, but the surgery seems pretty hardcore so I'll stick with a good bra.
I've gained a good 50-60lbs since having the lipo but it didn't make much of a difference to start with. I'd rather spend the money doing it the right way with diet and exercise if I could do it over again.
For me the recovery wasn't that bad. I did both procedures at once and my doc was a little nervous about how I'd handle the pain. I was doing pretty well by 3 days post op and really well a week out. Now that I have kids I don't think I'd risk having unnecessary surgery.

I'm all in. I'm starting to age pretty rapidly the past few years and so I see my future. I'll probably do botox soonish (coming years) or some sort of line filler. If I had the money though I'd probably like to invest in a trainer and a weight loss plan rather than lipo or body sculpting of any sort first. I don't have any major issues with any facial features necessarily. I just want the weight off. I think I'm the only person whose boobs got bigger with BF.
It's your money, your body, and your choice. I have thought about getting dermabrasion done before to remove old acne scars, but when I read about it I was left feeling unsure. It doesn't necessarily work the way you would want it to and I would have to use anaesthesia and take time off work. At the end of the day, having imperfect skin is a small flaw and a pretty common one.
If I had the money I would totally get my belly 'fixed'. I don't mind my size per se, but I hate the odd shape of my belly. I would be fine being my size with a smoother, flatter tummy instead of my weird rolls. I didnt even have a super cute pregnant belly, my weird belly just got bigger. So I never felt like I could flaunt my bump in cute fitted maternity shirts. I just looked fat unless I wore float tops.
Anyway, that's the one thing I'd really like to do, but I don't have money for that.
I had a breast reduction when I was 18 though. Recovery wasn't fun, but it wasn't horrible either. I'm really glad I did it, even though as my breasts have settled my areolas and nipped are too high.
In theory, I wouldn't mind "magically" flattening my belly or filling out my boobs a little more, but I couldn't see myself ever doing plastic surgery. First of all $, but even if I had loads of cash to blow I think I'd rather spend it on a trainer and a whole new wardrobe! I would be way too scared something would go wrong. I don't judge anyone who does have stuff done, but I also think there's a lot of beauty to be found in imperfection.
