3:30 feeding! Waiting on the snow here too. I've got my two week incision check at the OB today. I'm hoping it doesn't get canceled because of the weather.
I've been up for three hours trying to get DS back to sleep. Poor little guy is always gassy at night and he screams if I'm not holding him, and most of the time even if I am. So, two feedings and 4 episodes of Friends later he's finally nodding off enough for me to go lay him down in his bassinet. It's nights like these that make me so thankful that I have a loving FI who supports our family and I can be a SAHM. At least this way I sleep when he sleeps. ETA: waiting on the snow here, too!! Thankfully, we aren't in the 1-2 feet area, but we are under a snow advisory for a few inches.
I am up and feeding away! It's raining/ snowing here today, my in-laws just left, and everyone else goes back to work or school... I am very much looking forward to a lazy relaxing day with my baby!
530 feeding here...but I'm laying in bed because DH is taking care of it. LO slept 4 hours and 3.5 hours last night....what is this lyfe??? LO has his peds appt today, here's to hoping he is back up to his birth weight at least!
5:30 feeding here. It really has been so hard to get out of bed in the middle of the night, I feel terrible. I feel like LO cries for a looooong time before I hear him and that makes me sad. This sucks. Poor baby.

We went to bed at 10. Was up at 11:45 12:30, 1:47, 2:36 and last I looked at the clock 3:48 and H got me up at 4:45 so I can eat breakfast before I gel me ready feed B and get him and the other kids ready and out the door before 7:30. I'm exhausted.
Crap I'm sick! Woke up at 3:30 with a sore throat, I guess it was inevitable since ds is sick but I can't fall back asleep and I'm scared that this will make me weak for when I have to deliver. I guess I'll just have to think non labor thoughts until I recover. Hopefully dh will not get sick!

I was up from 1:30-3:30 switching between nursing and snuggles and just staring back at my very awake girl. I'm a little tired. Dr appt in an hour and a half. Not too much snow here yet, which is good, because I have no idea what to do with the kids while I'd shovel the driveway

I'm sorry you're sick- I know the feeling, I am too. I'm so congested. Ugh. I hope you feel better soon and it passes quickly!
Zoe slept in her crib last night for the first time and I only cried once! I checked on her before I went to bed.. she looked so teeny in that big crib. But H slept better, so it helped. I feel all accomplished today.

Today DH went back to work, so I took all the night feedings last night. That was a really bad idea. She wouldn't go to bed until 2 (I had tried to go to sleep at 10, but DH had to wake me up because she had spit up everywhere), then she woke up at 5 and 8. I told DH that I'm going to bed at 7 tonight. I'm so tired that I'm nauseated. And we have to go to the pedi at 9:40. Joy.
A snow day here! That means it's another sick day that I don't have to use towards my maternity leave (I'm a teacher)! Also, my in-laws are supposed to come into town. That means I can take the two older ones out in the snow for a little bit!
I'm afraid that I'm never going to break Lillian of bed sharing. This wasn't our sleeping plan but she and I sleep so well all cuddled. I'm thinking sleep training will be harder with this one when the time comes.
My older DD was so excited for her baby sister but now that's it's been a few days she is acting out pretty bad and asked me to bring the baby back to the hospital.

Wait, did I write this? LO is also gassy at night and I've been watching Friends during late night feedings No snow here though. Sadz.

I did this when my brother was home for a week. I was 2 ... we get along really well now!

Oh have I been there. I go to bed at 8 now. He usually sleeps until 11 but then has a fun period of awake until 2. At least it's a schedule?
OMG, there are newborn hippos on The View, and they're so cute!
DS1 pooped on the potty today! Yay!
DS2 is on a pretty regular schedule of eating at 10pm, then 1, 4, and 7am. It's ok for me, but DH goes to work and is sooo tired in the evenings that he is not too helpful after 9pm. I volunteered to sleep in another room with DS2, but he says no.
Second try on reheating my coffee and trying to drink it before it gets cold. One of these days I'm going to do it.

MH and I are going to walk around the zoo this morning. There are lion cubs and I'm excited to see them. Then, I have my 40 week appt this afternoon and will likely be getting my membranes swept. Eek.
