Hey notches! Had a busy day yesterday. We went and spent the day with my H at work. Which meant driving 45 minutes to his bosses hobby farm, having a delicious lunch and then petting farm kittens. It was a good day.
Then today, H has a surprise day off! We probably won't do a great deal. We have to go deal with daycare issues at some point. Hopefully by the end of the day this crap will be settled.
Also, I'm getting worried I won't make my notch bet goal. Damn scale.
Happy Friday everyone!
Love her little shoes. I wish A would leave shoes on. She has them off no matter what kind in 3 seconds.

I'm so excited for Matthew to start preschool on the 24th! I seriously cannot wait. I'm really hoping it will help with his behavior, which we think is party because he's bored. But also I'm thinking it'll help with everything feeling so mundane and well . . . blah. I really need more structure and scheduled things in my day. I can't shake this "every day feels like the weekend" thing. MrsTinMKE, how did the hylands do? ajh1230, that's funny! That would probably be A, too. The only time we've taken him to a restaurant and he was entertained was at about three or four months at Texas Roadhouse. He loved the lights so much, he just kept looking around from his carseat in awe.

Thanks! We take them off quiet a bit if she's sitting or in her stroller because otherwise she'll eventually get them off too. These pair are a little harder to get off, so they do stay on a little longer. Sandals are off in about 3 seconds.

She slept great! I think the Hylands helped, she was seriously a different baby after some of that and a warm bath.

Now that you are a SAHM we should do a CO notch meetup and go to the park or the zoo together to break up the blahs.
Today we took DD and her cousins (their Xmas gift) to the zoo. DD could have cared less about most of the animals..she was busy people watching. She did like the monkeys though..she kept pointing at them. Now relaxing before going to dinner with ILs (using our gift cards from Xmas also).
So took my car in to get a recalled part fixed and for a few other things we hoped would be minor but it is costing a small fortune just to fix the repairs to make the dang thing safe to drive.
It will cost another small fortune to fix the rest of the things wrong with it that aren't dire right now but do need to be fixed at some point.

I'm down for all the playdates in the world. Ok, maybe not all of them.. but definitely more than I'm having now!
