I love LO's names, they suit her. Her MN is DH's grandmother's name and we were torn between that and her first name for a while before deciding to have both.
These were the only ones we agreed on so there was no backup name!

I'm happy with DD's name still, but DS is 3 and I regret his middle name. This is only because his middle name is the same as my cousin's first name and my cousin over the past 3 years has turned into a grade A douche canoe. Now every time I hear or say DS's middle name I think of the latest BS my cousin has pulled. Hopefully this doesn't last much longer!
We love LO's name. Her MN is the same as mine, my mom's, both of my Grandmas', and my mom's Great Aunt's (I inherited her engagement and wedding rings, so it's even more special).
Her FN suits her, even though it's more popular than I hoped (Amelia), and we love it, and did for a long time before we had a baby. I'm a little frustrated that we didn't just select a nickname for her - we're letting it happen organically, but right now, we're still calling her by her full name. Amy is the front-runner currently.
I still love Scarlett, but it kinda makes me sad there aren't really any cute baby/little girl nicknames for her name now. It seems like a big name for a little baby now that she is here. But, I think as she gets bigger I will feel like it fits her more.
I love Scarlett! I've also always liked the NN Lettie though, is that a NN you like? Or Carlie?
So far nothing has stuck except "Scar" and the occasional time I call her my scarberry
My daughter's name is Lyra - I still love it. We were torn between that and Eleanor (for my grandmother), so if we have another girl someday we'll probably roll with that. If we have a boy I'm totally screwed - not a single viable name idea.

Great topic! I still love it, even more than when we chose it in the final weeks. I am also pleased with our decision to keep the name to ourselves until he was born.
I still really love her name, when I'm talking to her I either use her middle name or both her names when I'm talking about her to someone else I just stick to her first name (Alice). Her name just seams to fit her so well and I'm glad we went with it.
We call her Gabs, Gabby, Gabbers. It might be awhile before she knows her actual name
That's funny you say that. At LO's six month visit his pedi asked if he knew his name. I said no but I don't see how he could possibly know it when he has so many nicknames!
It seems like she answers to Gabby but who knows? She would probably answer to hey you as well.

Hehehe
I call my Piper, Piperoni. I have no idea where it came from (probably dog treats), but it stuck. NNs and terms of endearment are funny like that. I like when they develop organically
