Good morning!!! It is 445 here and I am waiting at the track to run. My large beer from last night is hindering my ability to want to run this morning.
Good morning! I walked this am instead of running or doing the other workout I planned. Just feel icky. But the walk was really nice and refreshing. MH couldn't sleep (that's what happens when you go to bed at 8:30), so he got up around 3am (of course then I was awake too but got back to sleep), but he fell back asleep this am when I left at 5. Usually he takes me to the train but I let him sleep and am taking the commuter ferry to work. I can pretty confidently say this will be the high point of my day. Gorgeous day on the water!
TTC since July 2014. CP March 2015. IVF #1 March 2016, 5R, 3M, 2F with ICSI. Transferred 2 on day 3. CP. Surprise BFP and then CP August 2016 (prep cycle for IVF). IVF #2: zero eggs retrieved IVF #3: 6R, 5M, 5F, 3 (2 8A and 1 11A) transferred, one "B" graded embryo frozen on day 5. BFP (at home 7dp3dt, confirmed 14dp3dt with 1552 beta) and U/S at 5w5d, 2 sacs and 2 yolks!

wannabmama- I'm very jealous your work commute has the option of taking a commuter fairy. I love being on the water but i never get the chance. What a great way to start your day.
It's 7:30am here..still lying in bed. Took today and yesterday off to have an extra long weekend. Plans are endless amounts of laundry. Hopefully I can bring myself to the gym today -I need get back to losing weight again.
mikaela20 it's definitely my favorite way to commute, but it only works dats I'm not getting a ride from H bc the boat is a hike from my house (but it drops me off closer to my office). I miss the extra time with my H...but a couple times a week it's pretty nice I need to up my workout game. I gotta figure something out! I'm just piling on the weight. I think it's stress related more than anything, sigh. Something's gotta give!

wannabmama same here, weight keeps coming on every month. And every time AF comes I say to myself, "shit, I'm not pregnant I'm just fat". I have to make a change.

That is so true! It all adds up anyway. I try and remember that too, it can be hard to get out on my bike for an hour or so but even 20 minutes helps.

It's my day off and my dog has me awake. Good thing I love her. She finally got my parents other dog out of my bed and is now laying with her head on my stomach. Brat. Maybe we can go back to sleep. :yawn
I had a nightmare and woke up sweating and crying. I woke H up and made him hold me til I fell back asleep, but then I overslept for work. Today is starting out inauspiciously.
We are going a company cookout over the next two weeks. It is a pain to make an efficient plan to feed 270 on two tiny grills. But, since the departments are split up, that means I get several grilled lunches in the next two weeks
Work is so effen slow. Yesterday morning all I did was fix a hyperlink and create a binder with all my training docs. The afternoon didn't start moving until 3 pm when I got an ad hoc request that took me all of 30 min. I can't even do much of anything else but pretend to work since the cubes are so open and my computer faces the aisle. This is going to be a long week.
I'm not too concerned about work outs at the moment. I'm focusing more on menu planning. Having meals planned is what I am betting on to lose weight. I have a bad habit of buying fast food when making dinner seems like too much of a chore.
Well, since everyone is talking about the gym... I just ate a bagel. Already thinking if I can get another one for lunch. I. LOVE. BAGELS. My coffee is black however, which balances out the cream cheese. Right? LMK.

Meal planning is a great first step! You get skinnylose weight get healthy (?) in a kitchen, and fit in a gym.
