Week/Size fruit: 5w6d

Appointments: Wednesday for blood work and ultrasound. Hoping to be released from my RE.

Symptoms: Sore boobs and fatigue. Not much else.

Rants and raves: I'm incredibly nervous for the ultrasound on Wednesday. Luckily, my H is coming with me, so that'll help if it's bad news, but I'll still have to go into work afterwards, so that's worrying me.

GTKY: What's the most interesting thing you can see out of your office or kitchen window? My classroom is in the basement, so we can't really see much.

Symptoms: nausea all day, everyday for the last two days, horrible taste in my mouth, sore boobs, some occasional RLP.
Rants and raves: I can't think of anything...

Had my u/s. Little gummy bear is measuring 8w5d with a hb of 174! Official EDD is March 30th, 2016, but you all are stuck with me! I am so relieved. I guess the spotting is nothing. Next appt: NT scan (holy crap).

Week/Size fruit: 7 weeks; blueberry

Appointments: I had my intake apt with my MW this am and I have my last RE apt next Monday for an ultrasound!

Symptoms: my boobs are reaching crazy levels of "damn are those mine?!", I'm crazy nauseous ALL OF THE TIME!, I'm physically so tired and my emotions...they are out of control!

Rants and raves: rant, my classroom is nowhere near ready and I have zero motivation to get it done! One should not have to work until after the first tri!

What's the most interesting thing you can see out of your office or kitchen window?
Work: soccer field/track
Kitchen: the gapping hole in my fence from the SWAT raid a few days ago on my neighbors.

Symptoms: all day sickness. Worse in the morning and night.
Rants and raves: excited that we are PTing DD. Rant: I wish coffee sounded good
GTKY: What's the most interesting thing you can see out of your office or kitchen window? I drive around in a car all day so my view always changes.

Appointments: first u/s tomorrow!
Symptoms: queasy, sore boobs and heartburn at night
Rants and raves: SOOO ready to be done with progesterone suppositories
GTKY: What's the most interesting thing you can see out of your office or kitchen window? No work window...backyard including able tree, garden and fire pit

Week/Size fruit: 5w3d. I think I'm still in appleseed territory.

Appointments: First appt isn't until Sept 16th. The waiting sucks!

Symptoms: Fatigue, super smell, and nausea decided to show up to the party 2 days ago. Whee. So far sniffing peppermint, sour gummy worms, and peppermint candies have helped a little. If it gets much worse I will be calling for meds.

Rants and raves: I took my daughter to Chick Fil A for lunch and almost threw up smelling her nuggets. Shudder.

GTKY: What's the most interesting thing you can see out of your office or kitchen window? (I'm a sahm so no office for me) Kitchen window looks out into our back yard. Sometimes the neighbor's big fat orange kitty sunbathes out there, it's pretty cute.

Update: everything looked great at the u/s today! Strong HB of 132. Baby was measuring 6w4d, but the tech said that's right on track, because they u/s has a margin of error of +/- 3 days.

The tech and the doctor were so much better this time! The tech found the HB right away and both of them were kind and reassuring. Yay! B got really choked up (he hadn't been at the u/s for the last pregnancy); it was so sweet.

Week/Size fruit: 5w3d based on my LMP - Ovia says a peppercorn.

Appointments: 7 week u/s on the 7th of Sept. First Midwife appt on the 16th.

Symptoms: Fatigue, a constant stuffy nose, food aversions and sore breasts intermittently.

Rants: SO over these progesterone pessaries already!!! And PGaL brain is doing my head in. Despite good beta levels I am tempted to ask for another set of bloods between now and my scan just to ease my mind. A mostly symptom free day today is not helping!!

Raves: 2nd day of dropping DD in the Over 2s room at day care and her not crying when I leave! Hoping this is progress. She's only started the tears since moving into this room and it's been breaking my heart.

GTKY: What's the most interesting thing you can see out of your office or kitchen window? I'm at the office of our vehicle dealership so I can mostly see lots of cars.

I had an appointment with a new practice yesterday. LSS, they didn't do the heartbeat! They said it was too early!

By LMP I was 7.5 weeks. By my charting I was 7w6d because I ovulated really early.

Is this weird? I had a HB at 6.5w with DD#1. DH took the morning off of work to come hear the heart and everything...

Is anyone else having difficulty taking pills? I have to almost meditate to relax my throat enough to let vitamins down. I have a wicked gag reflex now.

I take a handful of pills every night usually. Pretty soon after I found out I was pregnant I gagged so much taking my pills that I spurted water everywhere. 

My point is, yeah, I'm having problems too! I take my pills one at a time now and that seems to help. Some days I'm not up for the big one and that's ok.

Since there is variation in the ovulation dates among women and most people don't chart, it probably results in less unnecessary anxiety if they waited another week or two. It is pretty annoying that they wouldn't at least try. Are you going back for an ultrasound. I thought a dating ultrasound was pretty standard, but here I learned it wasn't. If they are not doing a dating ultrasound, it is too early to,detect with a heart beat monitor.

Last week at 7w2d they could see my heartbeats but not hear them good. They picked up one but it wasn't consistent.

gooselover2012, I have had brownish-pinkish spotting with all 3 of my pregnancies now. Even after a good u/s on Monday, they could find no cause for why I am spotting. OB said that as long as it stayed light, and brownish/pinkish, it was nothing to worry about. I know how scary it is seeing the spotting, but there is a good possibility that everything is just fine. I hope you hear back from you OB and he or she gives you some reassurance. Hugs!

Same here. My prenatal vitamins are the worst. I'm debating calling my OB and asking for a prescription for the chewable version.

Week/Size fruit: 5w 4d

Appointments: Just leaving my first ultrasound with my RE, and it went great! It was really quick though, he just pointed out the placenta forming and the yolk sac, and said that everything looked as it should be for this early. I am scheduled for a second scan with them next Friday September 4 where they will look for the heartbeat and make sure everything is measuring on track. Then I will be released to my OB!

Symptoms: i second everyone complaining about progesterone suppositories - they suck. I'm so tired and irritable, and I'm sick of having all of the discharge. Last night my left boob burned so bad, it was horrible. But I love every symptom!!

Rants and raves: I wish time would go FASTER.

GTKY: What's the most interesting thing you can see out of your office or kitchen window? Well, I can't see a window from my cubicle I really hate it but I may be moving cubes soon!

I started spotting again so I went in for an ultrasound yesterday. There was a yolk sac and a sac, but no baby. The sac measured 5w2d. My OB said that based where my levels were and the ultrasound, I am where I'm supposed to be and that the sac was in a good place high up. My LMP yesterday had me at 6w1d but my OB said that since my ovulation has been irregular that I can't base it off my LMP. I an so thankful I have a wonderful OB that's so understanding. She's seen me through so much and she told me not to apologize for coming in so soon and she wants to give me a peace of mind. I wish my past obstetric history wasn't so traumatic so every little thing doesn't trigger something painful but all the same I'm lucky to have my OB and that she's so understanding.

My dr called my hcg levels are over 400 and my quantum levels are at 18.
They said everything looks great!

I had my first u/s today. I should be about 9w2d based off LMP but they measured me at 7w4d. I track my cycles and with the timing of dtd and my bfp it doesn't make any sense. The Dr wasn't worried but does anyone have any experience measuring behind this early on?
