Can somebody with a small baby puh-Leeze do the Labyrinth thing with baby Toby and make their DH be the goblin king?!?! I tried to talk my H into it when Lo was tiny and he was a party pooper.

I just bought M a Skye from Paw Patrol costume. It was $16 on Amazon, so if she decides she wants to be something different when the time comes, I'll just use Skye as a dress up.
We will be doing trick or treating. J has his boys this year, so we will all go together.
We always go to my inlaws for Halloween, but this year they're going to be on a cruise. I'm not doing a costume this year since she won't be trick or treating. I'll get a cute Halloween shirt and some pjs too, but that's probably it this year. Kinda makes me sad. But I know next year we're making up for it. She'll get to T or T twice, once on the Disney cruise and once on Halloween! I'm thinking Tinkerbell next year to go with her pixie ears
We're going on the Disney cruise this year! The week before Thanksgiving. I can't wait!
I'm going to take M trick or treating and H is going to stay home with E and hand out candy. I was going to dress them in something that went together (like a bee and a honeypot or something) but since they won't be together I will probably find something just for M. E will likely wear the pumpkin costume that M wore last year.
The one idea that i had but my husband kind of shutdown was dressing him up like Oswald Cobblepot "Penguin" from Gotham. The only problem now is that Js hair is super short and i dont know how much it will grow in before then. Not many people will know who he is but it could be awesome.
That would obviously be bc i like the idea, not J. : /

I'm jealous! Ours isn't until next September, it's one of the Halloween cruises. We're on the 7 day Fantasy cruise going to Cozumel, Grand Caymen,Falmouth Jamaica and Castaway Cay. I'm so freaking excited! I'm guessing you're leaving from Galveston? Which ship?
You know, I have no idea what ship. Lol my mom booked everything and I just paid for mine and M's part. We are heading out of Galveston and going to Key West, Castaway Cay, and the Bahamas. I'm so excited! The Halloween cruise sounds so fun too!! I didn't know that was a thing!

Quoting myself, I looked up the reservation. Disney Wonder is our ship.
B has two costumes because I went a little crazy at Costco. I'm not creative or crafty enough to make anything. He'll either be Chase or Ironman. Right now he loves both so it'll probably be a last minute decision.
We have the opposite problem here...many of the pre-made costumes are too warm. Even the ones I just got are both long sleeved with full pants so we have to make sure he doesn't stay in it too long. I had the hardest time finding him a baby costume the first year because they were all so warm!

A Halloween Disney cruise sounds like such a blast. We took D trick or treating last year and it was a nightmare. He didn't understand the concept and the weather was awful. I really regretted it, in hindsight.
We will hopefully have a newborn this year, so I hope to send him out with DH and MIL while I hand out candy.

M will be trick or treating with her cousins this year. When we talked about costumes she said she wants to be Elmo or a fire fighter, until I showed her a personalized cape on Etsy and she flipped. I think she will probably be super M and we will be her sidekicks.
H has proposed us as potatoes and the kids as tater tots in their double stroller as the cardboard basket. Or us as sea anemones and the kids as clownfish.
Since Halloween is on a Saturday this year, I'm thinking of throwing a kids party at our house. It's almost always freezing cold here on Halloween and I'm pretty positive the only thing I will be able to get M dressed up as is a princess (my tomboy is obsessed with pretty dresses and princesses...) so staying indoors would be preferred. I also think she'll have more fun here with all her friends than she would going door to door trick or treating.

Before M was born I loved getting trick or treaters, but now that we will have our own Halloween stuff to do its one more thing I love about the fact that we moved out to an acreage. Not a single trick or treater ventured down our long driveway last year so we are free to leave as a family and go do whatever we please. Or stay in and not be interrupted.

Definitely ToTing; I think E will love it. I asked him today what he'd like to be and he said Cookie Monster. I tried to direct him towards Paddington because he'd actually get use out of the adorable duffle coat I'd found online, but he's pretty obsessed with Cookie Monster, so I guess we'll be buying off the rack this year!
