Chart help...help me figure out where I go

So before bumpocalypse I had a temp issue that now seems to impact whether I get CH or not, I'm still not sure which temp to keep. the gist of how things went is the dog woke me up at 3:30am (right after H left for work...he usually lets her out so I thought it was later), so I temped before I got-up to let the dog out (normal time for me is 5:30am) I got 97.7 which gives this chart here: 


Then I went back to bed, and my 5:30 alarm failed to go off and I woke-up at 6:30...so since I got 3 hours of sleep and was an hour closer to my usual time I temped again and got 98.15 which gives this chart here: 



Which do I keep? either way CD11 is an open circle, with Chart 1 FF says "you may have O'ed but more data is needed"

Personally, I would keep the first one since it was after more sleep and make a note of the second one.

Either way, for me, both temps would be completely invalid. If I don't temp exactly at 5:30 my temps are useless.

I would go with chart #1. Since you got up and then went back to bed, I think chart #2 is probably inaccurate.

unfortunately this is my first full cycle temping (last cycle I started around CD29 to get in the habit and that cycle ended with Provora) so I first have no idea what my charts usually look like and if sleep or timing are more or less important and second have no idea what a remotely "normal" cycle for me would be.

Ok. So keep the first temp and make a note of the second one. Your temps from the last 2 days are not higher than the ones before the temp in question. This leads me to believe that you haven't ovulated anyway.

With your other temps in line with your "pre-O" (according to the one with CHs) I'm inclined to say go with your first chart, the one that says you haven't ovulated. Sorry that happened!

Oh I remember this. Yeah, I still think the first time is a more accurate one. I also think treble is right about the other temps not being higher than the ones before it anyway.

I've now asked H to please just wake the dog up and make her go out before he leaves at 3:30, its so early and so cold out that if he make her go she'll be really quick and won't make him late for work.
